what a dive!on arrival you have to pay £10.00 cash to enter and exit Heathrow terminal [no receipt given!]....however if there are 7 passengers who pay £10.00 each it makes a nice TAX-FREE cash in hand income!!!!on arrival i waited almost 1 hour to be picked up and it took another 20 minutes to get my keys!.. not mentioning a small 'go faster mark' on the passenger doors!do not use this place! Previous feedbacks are probably false!

Great experience. Very easy communication and fast pickup from the airport and frequent/easy drop offs. I felt that my car was safe there and had no problems with drop off or pickup. The location is easy to get to and close to Heathrow. The staff are very professional and conscientious. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Convenient, well priced park and ride

DO NOT BOOK!! The location is half an hour away from airport and there are hidden charges and we did not get to keep the keys as advertised. Pick up was a nightmare. Had to wait 49 minutes and then went to collect other passengers from another terminal. Taking a taxi would have saved me a lot of time and money!!!

BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK. I used this car park service during a week long trip away at the beginning of this month and the experience was unpleasant. Firstly, when we landed back to the UK we were instructed to call once we collected our bags as it takes 15/20 mins for a driver to collect you. We did so & ended up waiting 1 hour and 20 mins for someone to arrive. Whilst we was waiting the communication was poor and we were provided with minimal information surrounding the drivers ETA or description of the vehicle and we had no way of contacting the driver that was collecting us.Secondly, when collecting my vehicle I noticed 2 noticeable scratches one big one on my bonnet and one on my door.Lastly, despite being advertised as a park and ride I was under the impression that I would be able to keep my key however this was not the caseThis company is extremely unprofessional and I am not happy with the service that I was provided with
