Black knight fitted a secondary double glazing unit in my kitchen skylight. Would highly recommend this company , excellent communication explained the product and process every step of the way. Very high standard in their workmanship and they managed to squeeze us in before Christmas. Well done Black Knight !

Became very uneasy around Shaun Ainger. Requested that my husband deal with him and the job. To confirm the other review, so many scratches even dents and now it will cost more to replace since a botch job and my husband says he's not responding. I would rather pay more and get another professional company.

Black Knight have just installed 4 sets of secondary glazing to help insulate our single paned stained glass windows. We are very satisfied with the result; rooms are warmer, quieter and there has been a definite improvement in condensation so far.The customer service was excellent, with honest and clear communication from Graeme at every step and no pushy sales, which was very refreshing and is largely what made us choose them for our installation.There was a delay of 1 week with the installation due to some breakage but they were much quicker than any other company to turn it around in the first place and they were honest about it and sincerely apologetic.I would certainly recommend them highly.

Contracted Black knight to fit secondary glazing to three windows. One of the three windows installed was covered with scratches and the lock button was on the wrong side. Three months later and I’m still waiting for them to correct the issue. Nobody answers the phone or returns calls. Extremely poor customer services. AVOID!!!

Black Knight did a very large secondary glazing install at our Museum. Excellent quality, very understanding about the limitations and challenges of working in the building, and extremely flexible about working with us to minimise the disruption to us. Tidied up after themselves and sorted the odd tiny snag immediately. Team on site were polite and genuinely fun to work with. Highly recommend.

I called this business to assess my current setup and advise on how to make it more energy efficient. I was advised to keep it single glazed but with low-e glass. In terms of energy efficiency, it doesn't feel like much has changed. As soon as I turn off the heating, the temperature in the room drops fairly quickly. It's disappointing because I'll probably have to get these windows replaced for better efficiency.But I have to give them credit for the reasonable customer service/communication. And the work was done correctly. Just the quotation/advice wasn't appropriate.
