Well Polished Lincoln

I have used the cleaning services of Well Polished for over a year now. I have a regular cleaner who has never let me down and is fantastic! During Lockdown, and the current ongoing situation, the service has been professional and to a high standard. I really cannot praise enough and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for an honest and reliable company.

Absolutely great service. Nothing is to much trouble for Claire and her team. Nice to come home to a lovely smelling clean house. Thank you so much

the first cleaner literally made my kitchen look worse than before she cleaned it , the second cleaner did improve on it but still I had to finish the floor and cooker etc no refund given but just sorry we couldn't help you on this occasion, ,totally unprofessional. I never review anything but had to make an exception for this total shambles,the owner claire is very polite but basically if your not happy it tuff luck.

DO NOT USE WELL POLISHED LINCOLN Both myself and my tenant are extreamly unhappy wity the service received. I dont usually write reviews but feel the need to in this instance to warn others of the experiance we had.While speaking with claire who arranged the clean for us, we agreed a five hour clean for the entire house. I sent a list of what needed doing which included two bathrooms. When the cleaner arrived she took a look around the entire house and the same timetrame was agreed to my tenant which was 5 hours.My tenant left the cleaner there at midday to complete the clean. I then received a message from Claire saying it took to my suprise 7 house to complete. I found it hard to believe the house took so long to clean as it is a verh small terace house and I deep cleaned it myself the month before in 4 hours.So I sent a message to Claire asking which part took the longest the upstairs or the downstairs? She replied the cleaner only cleaned the downstairs! I was and still am in complete shock (as is my tenant) it took 7 hours to clean the downstairs of a small terrance house which was deep cleaned a month ago. Not only that the fridges were not cleaned (i advised this was an end of tenancy so should have been) even on the worktop around the fridges have not been cleaned. God knows how it can take 7 hours to do a downstairs of a house when myself my tenant and also claire the owner agreeing it should take 5 to complete the entire house before the clean took place. Even the cleaning lady herself agreed this befote the clean took place. I was even told I would be refunded an hour if it was completed in 4 hours, and that was for the entire house. To make things worse this companys rates are extreamly high £50 standard fee + £11 per hour. So if you want a general house clean bear in mind this will take 14 hours for a small terrace house and cost you over £200.I feel robbed and yet the upstairs of my house has still not been cleaned and I have a tenant moving in tomorrow evening.

What a wonderful service – I’ve never seen this area of my house look so clean! I needed a clean following building work, and after offering a very fair quotation, Well Polished had the patience to wait for the builders to finish as they were delayed due to weather. The cleaners were very friendly and very efficient, leaving everything sparkling clean and truly ‘well polished’. I can thoroughly recommend them – a ten out of ten service!

I have been using well polished Lincoln for sometime dealing with Claire was a challenge as I found her manner very unprofessional.without notice she gave me 2 weeks notice that her cleaner was leaving and did not have anyone to cover my cleans, the last day her cleaner did not turn up neither did she offer or send a cover clean despite this she expects commission , I would not recommend or use this company again
