Not recommend. I visited two branches, and both were not cleaned. It's better not to try the toilet.

I asked a staff member if they knew the secret handshake. She ignored me and gave me a dirty look … safe to assume she’s not qualified & lacks customer service.Do Better. I felt un-welcomed even though I asked politely and smiled, that time of the month?

Bought my usual shake and immediately noticed that it had missing ingredients (dates and cacao nibs), asked about it and the person working there said that they ran out of it. If you are selling really expensive shakes/smoothies at least bother to tell your customer if there are missing ingredients. Bad experience.

Saving our weekend trip to London.Best Joe & The Juice in the London area!The staff is very polite and extremely efficient. Work process seems to be very well coordinated.Whole store, including the bathroom is clean. Employees are all wearing gloves to prepare the food. Overall very hygienic!In particular I‘d like to thank Abas for the immaculate service. He really made my family‘s day after we rushed from place to place in the rain, with all brunch places being full. We were dripping wet and the store was really our last shot before going back to the hotel.Thanks to Abas and his team, our weekend was saved!Hoping to see familiar faces when I come back!

Tastes good but when you order delivery they often don’t include straws etc even when the option is clearly selected. When you order a smoothie it kinda ruins it when this happens. Also often not packaged properly very careless and rushed.

The juices were good and the customer service was also lovely. My issue was that, who i assume were the managers, i then asked the staff for names and found out it was Felicia and Felipe. Everytime they are at the bar when i go, the staff seems uncomfortable and not how they usually are. It is obvious that they are the sorce of stress for their employees rather than good leaders. It's shocking that a company that charges 7£ for a juice can't hire competent people to make their staff feel good at work. From the conversations I heard, they dont have the best interest of the staff at heart so of course the customer service is going to be different from when they dont have them around. Shocking really, and i wanted to stand up for the staff on my review because i found it unfair.

The one joe and the juice gives you a creamy acai and this one gives you a stone hard on out of the freezer, you can’t eat it straight away and its taste changed to water a bit disappointing since i love the joe and the juice acai’s

Besides the overpriced juices what it feels already that we are being robbed I also got my phone stolen inside this place. I sat downstairs (thinking that I was in a safe place) and 2 women came inside, distracted me, and took my phone. When I went upstairs as spoke with the baristas about what happened they just said yeah

Although I don't often write reviews, this establishment is certainly deserving. It was a wonderful spot to unwind and have a beverage, with everything from a kind personnel to the quality of the juice and the speedy service even though we were in a hurry. Undoubtedly among London's top coffee shops!
