I would give no stars if possible, my mum was conned out of nearly £500, and then they let other people change cremation plans, and now mum isn't even receiving ashes as planned and wished for by her late partner, wouldn't recommend

From the time my family interacted with Mummery they have been superb. Richard met my mum and explained all options and supported her in choices for my dads send off..On the day Mary was at the send off and she was so warm and caring. Making a sad day for our family go without a hitch taking care of flowers and items that were to go with my dad on his final journey.I can't say more to praise them.

The service and attention my family received from Mummery's was, I am certain, second to none. From the moment we walked through the doors of the funeral home in Bexhill we were afforded a warm, courteous and above all a sympathetic service. There was never a sense that ours was just another business transaction.My Mum's passing took place just before Christmas and Mummery's were kind enough to arrange a family visit to Mum on Christmas Eve which was also a Sunday.The cortege from our home to the funeral service and then again afterwards to the wake was conducted by Mummery's staff with the utmost dignity.No one wants to have to recommend a funeral home but should the need arise, I would have no hesitation in recommending Mummery's.
