Please speak to your carers who park not 1 but 2 vehicles here all day, and even overnight. We find this very inconsiderate as some of our residents in Lincoln Avenue are disabled and have to find a space further up.I know we all pay road tax but to be carers that's not a very caring thing to do. This has been reported to Glasgow Council.

Called Cordia last night as Carer not turned up at bed time. Told there would be someone there not to worry. No one appeared when I called them back office was closed. Tried the out of hours number in my book, it was also closed. So no carer last night had to get a friend to help me.Called this morning to complain and check that carer was coming this morning. I was told there should have been a carer last night and he would look into it. Was assured carer would appear this morning. Thankfully a lovely young lady did appear this morning. Have been waiting all day for someone to get back to me and explain or at least apologise for last night. Not heard from anyone! Just waiting and hoping that tonights carer appears. I had to opt for one star or I couldn't make the posting. But not deserving of the one star

I would like to commend your staff under demanding circumstances namely the weather.Chippo,Jackie who carry out their duties in the Blair/Drum area battled through extreme snow conditions to assist an elderly relative with her daily needs.

Poor quality of care from this organisation. Similar to other reviews, cordia stopped my mums care at the start of the pandemic. A morning call was reinstated only when THE MSP got involved. I have complained to the council, the care commission, and the Scottish government about the quality of care. An FOI request showed that in the past 3 years almost 800 complaints have been made to cordia and the majority upheld. Due to my complaints cordia has decided to remove my mother's care provision. This organisation needs to be taken apart and revamped with a new management team. I was told by one manager that if I wanted mum washed I should do it myself. My advice to any carers out there is if you're not happy with the service from cordia. CONTACT YOUR MSP AND COMPLAIN. This motely crew don't care about your relatives health.

The coordinator for my brother has shown no duty of care. They are horrible people. They try to shift the blame on to you or the person they are called to help. Because they are so short staffed they are brutal on who they choose to have this service.

Poor management. Due to covid they tried to cut my grans care from 4 times a day to 0. Had to fight to say help me as I work so they reluctantly gave me a wake up call and lunch(they dont see my gran a high priority even though she has dementia incontinent and paralyzed of left arm so cant cook or clean for herself) . Now social worker has got involved due to not being happy with situation and granted a private carer mon to fri from 12 till 5 to help me have a rest and also to keep my gran safe, was asked to phone cordia and change her lunch call to tuck call and they refused and said there just gonna cancel her calls down to one now. Last 9 weeks all I have done is work 4am till 4pm and then leave coatbridge to govan to feed change wash and put my gran to bed, I dont get home till 9pm and still have to wash eat and get to bed for another 3am rise. it has made me very ill with lack of sleep, stressed and put a strain on my relationship, a little help from cordia would been great helping hand but were not intrested in helping anyway. Unfortunately now the doctor and social worker have stepped in now and because of situation there decided best thing for my gran is rest bite which she goes into 25th may with view of permanent stay, all because cordia dont see my gran as a high priority eventhough managment never meet he patient.

Poor quality care and very abrupt and verbally aggressive managers. These people are dealing with the most vulnerable people within our society and they just don’t care. My gran has very severe dementia and does not like men doing her personal care. Do cordia care no they don’t spoke today with a manager Joanne Stevenson she called herself and stated she was the manager. I had said to her this is the fourth time that I have said to them my gran does not like men doing her personal care and that does she not have a choice. Joanne Stevensons response was no your gran does not have a choice as we are short staffed and always short staffed at this time of the year near Christmas time when there is limited staff and your gran will just have to take who we send out and there is a man booked for your gran all week so if you don’t want a man then I will be cancelling your service and that’s what Joanne did and I said to Joanne that I will be contacting social work and she said to me I can contact whoever I like. Is this the caring people who are looking after our most vulnerable within our society. Their attitude is take or leave it because really it’s Christmas and I don’t really care. Does our vulnerable in society not have a choice. Don’t they get the money to give our most vulnerable no matter if they have capacity or not the upmost service. Apparently not I’m really disappointed with the whole service
