Glass Systems Limited

Having experienced several defective sealed units, I emailed a formal complained addressed to the directors on 16th January 2015. Still no response (9th February 2015). Not impressed with either product quality or customer service standards.

Poor customer service, terrible quality sealed units. Had more remakes than acceptable units.

Supplied the units for a Bristol based company that fitted our windows (costing £18,000!) It soon became apparent that many of the units were cloudy, after a lot of wrangling with the supplier they got Glass Systems in to inspect it.. basically a waste of time as they purely said that since new regulations passed all units look cloudy in certain lighting conditions! In short the company that fitted the windows won't do anything! So I'm getting the units replaced by another company at my own cost. Have generously given 1 extra star because they did come out to look at the units, albeit a waste of time!

I rue the day my installer installed Glass Systems LtdI have never come across a product as barking as this.! My complaint was responded by a person who must be a serial fruitcake...I thank MY God that we don’t have to deal with this unhelpful managing director ever again.Honour your faulty manufactured products, honour it ... End of!

Worked here twice. Was unfairly dismissed both times. Discriminated against mental health. Very unprofessional and also cutting corners in lots of aspects from production to management
