Dan was really lovely and chatty and nothing was too much for him, he was doing the office things including answering the phone, dealing with walk-in customers and also out in the workshop - whilst managing - a credit to your Maidstone team!

I brought my vehicle to you to have the tracking checked and adjusted. The car immediately felt better to drive and the steering wheel was straight.

There had been an ongoing saga between my garage and Tyre Pros about the front tracking rods on my car. Dylan sat down and talked it through with me and we came to an agreement over what investigation/work needed to be done and agreed a budget. I left my car with them and they have done a really good job it is a much smoother drive now.

They used to be really good about 6 years ago when I used to go to get alignment and tyres fitted, then they changed manager and staff and it wasn't as good so didn't go back, don't know what it's like currently

I have used your Guys at Parkwood before and they fixed a puncture on my daughters car instead of ripping her off for a tyre. So when I got two punctures there was only one place for me to consider going. They did a great deal, in the time they said and having spoken to Dillon to book the job in and then dealt with Daniel in the morning the process could not have been any easier. A great team you have at Parkwood and make it so simple which having to deal with the RAC who took 8 hours to recover me and were a complete shambles it was a pleasure to deal with your professionals who I felt cared about doing a great job.
