Love this place have been going here for years. Been recently and had a great bartender and waitress (Malek) who gave us really good recommendations. Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice relaxed atmosphere but excellent quality.

Visited after seeing the reviews on Instagram. The restaurant itself is nice, but the food was awful and overpriced. The prawn starter was basic, sushi was not wrapped properly, and bland. The bao buns did not taste fresh, and wings were overpriced. Would not return or recommend the food. But service was good.

I had been meaning to head down to Rawsha for a while. I decided to have an nice afternoon lunch as I was in the area. I was one of the first customers to arrive the staff greeted me, and did all the necessary covid check s, gave me a choice as to where I would like to sit. Although the brunch menu was available I chose Maki Rolls and Chicken Teriyaki. The food came out and was presented very well, I had a few people who was walking by that had complimented the presentation and asked if the food tasted as great as it looked, to which I had replied ‘yes’. The shisha was good as well, the smoke was even and consistent throughout, with no charcoal taste. I would definitely visit again. However I would say if it is a cold day, do wrap up warm as the shisha area is outdoor.

Avoid this restaurant, extremely poor customer service. Me and my friends booked a table there for a birthday, paid £400 as a deposit and when we got there we found out the restaurant was closed! Turns out there was an accident the night before, no one bothered to let us know. Needless to say that our night was ruined. What’s worst is that they are now ghosting us and of course didn’t refund any money (like they promised they would do).

Great interior & quiet, friendly staff, good quality of food especially the salted edamame beans however my friend sushi was incorrect 3 times after asking just to remove one ingredient other than that it was great & great music.

Loved my experience at Rawsha!!Impeccable customer service from Chris and his team. Such a lovely gentlemen who was confident to make recommendations, which were no doubt very impressive.Amongst the best sushi we’ve had, I’m a sweet & sour critic but this one was up there & the Rawsha beef burger was luscious.Great hospitality, great atmosphere & great food and drink. Made our day very special. Thank you.

I’ve been to Monak on multiple occasions and it usually never disappoints. However the most recent experience was terrible. Me and my partners sides came stone cold. We had to sent back both our mains to be reheated. Mojitos we’re average. There was honestly nothing positive to say about my recent experience. Never coming back!

Where do I start I have worked at monak for 9 days in these nine days since mid to the end of march I have been lied to, not offered a contarct of employment and I have not been paid for my time there as a chef there, food hygene standards are extremely poor none of there foods are dated,labeled and the Egyptian manager and the ridiculous owner must be deemed as incompetent liers aswell as the current head chef. I am now working as a chef in a five star hotel reguarded as one of the best in the world and my advice to any emplyees and customers is to stay clear of this place and I hope this business fails.
