How can you still have this location on your site when it’s been flattened? It’s a building site. So frustrating that I drive to the location to find it no longer exists. Poor.

Just recently had my m.o.t done at ATS and true to their word, no unnecessary work was carried out, car passed with flying colours, dealt with the branch manager ( welsh guy didn’t get his name) great customer service and spotless garage, we bring our work fleet vehicles here, so decided to use this place for my personal vehicle, would definitely recommend, for a prompt, honest and decent service.

Very professional. Perfect time keeping and friendly staff.

Please update the closing timings to 16:40 if you can't take even take an urgent tyre change past that time .Will strongly recommend the fleet provider to move away from ATS .

My daughter arrived at ATS in FEEDER ROAD BRISTOL She was on a space saver wheel and I guess the ATS chap saw this and took his opportunity.Twenty something woman, alone on a space saver… Cutchinggg!!!VW Golf one tyre, £120!!I managed to intervene by phone before the job was done and spoke to the awful, dishonest, grease-money.He told me SHE wanted ‘the same tyre all round’.In fact, she had not said that…When he asked her if she did want same all round; presuming it was necessary, she said yes.The fitter, knowing she would infer it was necessary certainly was not about to divest her of the erroneous notion…One planted by him by asking the completely unnecessary question in the first place.Anyone who has ever dealt with a dishonest tyre flogger will know that they ask ‘do you want same trye all round’, if they spot they are the most costly already on the car… She has Continentals.They then allow the customer, in their ignorance to say ‘yes’… Then, present it as customer choice.That is basic dishonest… allowing a customer to believe that the tyres must match when they absolutely do not… It is the fitter’s job to give fair and honest advice and knowing they are flogging the costliest trye because the customer is labouring under a misunderstanding (one planted by him) is absolutely dishonest!There is utterly no reason ever why a car needs to have the same make of trye all round or even on the same axle… FACT!But some tyre fitters let the customer believe it is so or even suggest it is so.I cancelled the arrangement and the fitter took unbridged at me suggesting he was dishonest. He suggested I was ‘rude’ so I introduced him to rude in reply.My daughter came home on the space saver, we went to our local ATS and got a PREMIUM TYRE fitted for £65!!!! about half the charge this person was trying to take!There were cheaper options too, legal and safe… but we did not want budget tyres.I have used ATS from York to Bristol and everywhere between over 25 years and always found them to be exceptional…This bad apple is not typical but I would advise any single young women who clearly do not know about cars..TO AVOID ATS in FEEDER ROAD BRISTOL .. but not ATS generally; unless he transfers to another branch of course.

Came in to get 4 new tyres and a wheel alignment, after the new tires were put on, all 4 alloys were covered in grease and oil and on further inspection all 4 alloys had scuffs and significant scratches along the edge now I have to get all 4 alloys diamond cut to fix the damage they have caused. I would stay clear of this place if you value your vehicle they clearly do not have pride in their work or any attention to detail I will not be coming back here again.

Bought 4 tyres + alignment. The alignment was a terrible job, steering wheel is at a significant angle going straight on. The tyre pressures set were way too low on the front tyres, so much so that a warning came up to slow down on the motorway. Lastly, why keep your dirty gloves on when driving customers' cars?! So that they have the joy of having to clean their steering wheel, gear lever, door handle etc.?! Clearly you don't pride yourself in delivering a good experience and lack any attention to detail and respect for someone's vehicle. And yes, I will be filing an official complaint so that you can compensate me for the alignment and effort of having to now sort this out in my own time. Needless to say I will not be coming back and recommend your stay clear if you value things being done correctly.

Excellent Service, wouldn’t fault them one bit. After finding a screw in my tyre and having a slow puncture, the team at ATS Feeder Road fixed and replaced my tyre 20 mins before closing! Cannot thank them enough!

Very efficient, everything went exactly as promised a rare achievement these days. Would definitely recommend using them

Had a nail in my tyre on a Mitsibushi Oulander, was met by Sam who helped accordingly. Worked with my lease company to approve the replacement as couldnt be repaired where the nail was located. Quick effective service on the first visit then I had to go back 2 weeks later as picked up another nail and again was serviced very well (took a whole of 45mins).Very happy and would recommend
