We went in for a cover and screen protector for our new phones and initially was pleased with the outcome. But when I got back home he had put a sticky side down from the New phone onto the screen protector and I pulled it off without realising. Went back in today (18/10/23) to get it sorted and he told me I had taken it off! He reluctantly replaced it but very shoddily, and I had to go back to where I had got my phone from as the fingerprint wasn't working. When you looked closer it hadn't been fitted right! I've had to take the 2nd screen protector off for now again! I had to give him 1 star but would have preferred -1 star! I also felt pressured into leaving a review to start with before we had left the shop the first visit.

I popped in by chance when passing for a quote to replace my cracked telephone screen in the hope that it would be cheaper than the hundreds of pounds quote from elsewhere where I experienced much sucking air through teeth at the apparent damage; as with a previous customer I was assured that it was just the screen saver and ta da!!! it was only that! The friendly chap replaced my screen saver in seconds and I now have a perfect screen! Thank you so much for your honesty and exemplary customer service! I will be back again if ever I need

Friendly staff who are happy to help. I went in to return/replace a screen protector as it was too small and they were happy to assist and find one that was a better fit and even applied it for me.

I recently purchased a screen protector for my phone from Irepair Tech and was very impressed with the quality of the product and the customer service. It's clear and responsive, and it doesn't seem to affect the sensitivity of the touch screen at all.The customer service at Irepair Tech was also excellent. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!I went to collect my technical device from this shop even though it was NOT fixed at all I was still made to pay. I was also met with an offensive comment when I asked why it couldn’t be fixed after a long period of time and they told me to “take it back to my country and maybe they can fix it” in a condescending way (I took it to another shop and they fixed it within 4 days)

Best phone shop in Bournemouth, friendly staff, knowledgeable, repair, lcd fix, battery, charging port, bought my self an iPhone 14 and some cheap Samsung smartphones for the family J5 and J4 lower prices than CEX and the other shops around town centre. Very happy with them.

I brought in my laptop which needed a replacement charging port. At first. I was offered a price that was way too high, but then was able to negotiate which is why I’m giving one star. However, it took them a month to give me back my laptop. I called in after two weeks since it’s a weeks job and they told me not to call them back until it’s done. on the fourth week I expressed concern, so I decided to take my laptop and repaired since they don’t repair the laptop in store or in Bournemouth – threatened that my laptop will never be fixed by anyone wherever I take it. When I brought in my laptop lights on the sides were flashing to indicate it was working, but when I received the laptop, the lights weren’t on AT ALL and the motherboard was damaged terribly, so I had to take it to another shop, but even though my laptop was destroyed worse than I brought it in, I still had to pay

I was there to repair my phone . And they repair phone in 1hrs and there services was very very good. They also offer me glass protector at reasonable price. I'm so happy that I got a very good services and staff were also friendly. I'm definitely visiting there again and again... thank you for your help.

Went in this afternoon with a view in having my phone screen replaced, the Gentleman was extremely helpful, on closer inspection he persuaded me that it was only the screen saver that had cracked? I was not really convinced, but I allowed him to take it off , to my amazement, he was bang on correct, one new screen saver later I was sorted.Excellent service, I’m convinced he will not rip anyone off, brilliant place
