Cycle Centre

I can’t think of enough nice things to say about the staff at the cycle centre at Elveden. They are so amazing. We went to them for help when my son’s front brake kept coming apart. They were so lovely, and gave us a hire bike free of charge to tide him over while they took a look at it. When we returned to pick it up a few hours later they had not only fixed it, but completely replaced the front brake and given it a service! Paul and Euan, you are absolute superstars ⭐️

A must thing to do when visiting Centre Parcs is to hire a bike to get around. The cycle centre have a range of cycles to choose from for any person's and ages. From two wheels or three they have it all. However be sure to pre-book online or they will get booked out early and you won't get the bike you want as weekends is busy. The locks are great too and easy to park in near by cycle parking areas when you are heading to the activity center or to the restaurants. It's a safe area in general but it's always a good idea to lock them just incase. One of our bikes had a sudden puncher whilst riding it which caused a friend to fall off and get injured with a few scars and grazes. Luckily the medical center helped out to patch them up. And the bike was easily replaced. You can also drop off the bikes at anytime even after closing hours by just dropping them outside with the locks on and keys inside. Although I do feel this makes it unsafe as anyone could just take a bike if they did not pre book it. Not sure if I saw any CCTV cameras that are monitoring. On Sunday evening after the cycle centre closed at 5pm there was a whole lot of returned bikes with locks on them.

If they can find your booking then they process your bike hire pretty quickly. However, for a number of people including myself they couldn't find the booking and so I had to queue and re-book taking another 10 min or so-i may as well not have pre-booked the bikes as it would have been quicker!

Well organized pickup and drop off service for the bikes. We hired bikes and a trailer which were great, we loved cycling around the parc. Would have been better if when we picked the bikes up they could have asked or checked to see if the seat and handle bars were at the right hight.Still a good service and will rent again.

excellent. bought own bikes, but had picked up a bit of damage on one of them in transit. took down to centre, very nice man Si sorted issue and and a couple of other issues as well. thanks

We’ve been to Center Parcs several times and usually had a great experience, but Paul, Cobbo and Ian went above and beyond for us this time after we had an issue with a bike lock. These kinds of experiences set Center Parcs apart from everywhere else
