Brilliant company. The service is always very quick and efficient and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The uniform itself is always very high quality, it maintains its size and colour well after many washes.

Very disappointed with customer service and communication. I placed an order almost 3 weeks ago and don't know where it is, I'm struggling to get updates. I've called and emailed a few times, I've been promised some dates and emails with an update but nothing really happened. Just hoping the items will be ready before September...

Terrible experience with this store! We order three times because the sizes of the uniforms doesn't match the described in the website and they charge 5.99 GBP for each delivery. We are expecting the third uniform and up to now, it cost me almost 30 GBP for delivery and returns. Customer support just says order until you get the right one or drive 100 miles to try it in the shop. The terrible company but that happens when they are the only choice for the student uniforms!!!

I've had to go to school without a uniform for the past week and a half already! I'm disappointed with the fact that the uniforms' sizes do not correspond with their description. I am a size 41.7 hence why the first uniform I purchased was a size 42" however when I tried it on

Order was originally sent in end of July was sent all wrong sizes. Was asked to travel to Sheffield to Nottingham 1hr journey assured my order would be there. Get there no order had to show email, apologized for the waste journey. Assured us the order would be delivered at no extra cost to our home. Week later No order received. Phoned head office and was told that it would be at a pop up shop at utc Sheffield on Monday. Surprise it's not there. Phoned up they told me it would arrive tomorrow. Spoke to someone else they've told me its now going to my address. I've spent close to £300 and got one pair of trousers. My son is going to stand out on his first day. Thanks to this rubbish shop. Also the quality and finish of the clothing is terrible. The sizing is way small had to order three sizes up!! Avoid don't order. Unfortunately they have you over a barrel with jackets but the rest DON'T BUY!!

As ever, JSW met us with high efficiency and as wonderful and as stress-free a service you can get for the stressful experience of school uniform shopping!We were fitted out for the Minster school uniform and they had everything in the store asides from the PE top in my daughter’s size which we ordered and arrived, as promised, a week later.Thank you so much. :)

Still waiting for an order from August. Emails ignored when politely asking for an update. I have sent 3 emails so far that they won't respond. Would not recommend ordering from here at all.

Extremely expensive uniforms. We've had to place three online orders with them. As the postal charges are so high (£5.95 no matter how small the item), you'd think that they'd be quick. Not one of our orders arrived within 2 weeks! One took several chase emails and during yet another phone call we made after two weeks had passed, they admitted that they STILL hadn't posted the order.... but said that we could pop to one of the shops and collect the items. No offer to refund the £5.95 postage cost though. Two problems there. The shops were miles away in Nottingham.... and even more importantly - they were ALL closed that day! That might have been a useful bit of information to have mentioned when telling us to drive to one of the shops!They only open the shops 3 days a week! Are kids expected to only lose or rip uniforms on certain days? We'd have driven a 1.5hrs round trip for nothing! They don't even open the shops for normal hours either. 10am till 3pm! Not really very helpful. Is it so parents have no chance to pop in after the school run?The most frustrating thing is that this is the only place we can buy the childrens school uniform from. We're stuck having to deal with these muppets - and they know it!

Ordered uniform twice. Waited for ages for delivery... The sizing is way out, especially after the first wash. It goes two good sizes too small. My son is 5. I order 7-8 year old size. After the first wash he struggles to take his school jumper off every time saying it is too small . It starts to look too short, a lot shorter than his polo shirts and the neck becomes tight. Do not bother, also rang to ask about the sizing and all the help I could get was : I don't know, I am not sure!!
