Thompson's Garden Centre - Petham
One of the best garden centres I've been too! It's so well laid out. Everything is labelled and grouped. E.g. perennials. Plants that are not in bloom have a photo with them to show you what they look like when they do, which for amateur gardeners like myself is really helpful. There is a HUGE range of plants! Inside they have a wide variety of seeds, gardening tools and equipment. They also have a house plant section. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I found plants to be reasonably priced and was surprised at how little some of the plants actually cost compared to other local garden centres I have recently visited.

Great selection of plants etc at reasonable prices. Always looks great inside..stock beautifully arranged and well cared for . Tasty breakfast and toasted sandwich.

Great garden nursery. We always come here for our Christmas tree as they have such a good selection. The staff are very friendly and helpful, this is a lovely family business.

Good for plants and a ‘smaller’ selection of garden items. Cafe closed at time of visit. No ‘gifts’ if you want these items.

Can say about the garden centre but don’t use the coffee shop. No cakes at 11:00 in the morning and wouldn’t let us eat our own biscuit even though we bought drink. No nice staff don’t go there. Rest of the garden centre might be OK but not the coffee shop, I would give zero star if I could

Popped in for lunch. Spent £50 (besides lunch lol) The food was awesome - Cooked to perfection, as ordered. The lovely items and plant we bought - Just as perfect.

Wanted a tall Christmas tree for our office, found that they are a reputable seller. They were incredible helpful and patient whilst we took our time looking at the huge range they had.
