JS Tiling Derby

Great work done by JS Tiling Derby, did our bathroom tiles for us and quality of work and finish is great. Would fully recommend

I would not recommend JS Tiling, there work is very poor quality, shoddy work and extremely poor customer service. I used them to have my kitchen, hallway and downstairs bathroom floor tiled. The tiles have now started to lift and move and the grout has started to come away. Contacted Josh and he came out to assess the tiles. He confirmed that the adhesive has not taken to the tiles and would need to whole lot removing and re-doing again from scratch. He said he would need to contact his insurance company and would be back in touch with me to re-book them to re-do the lot. Since then he has ignored my messages and I haven’t heard anything for months and months. Warning do not use this company!!!!!
