Had a wonderful time at the Saunadelic sauna. We were looked after so well by the team and felt thoroughly relaxed and refreshed. Best way to spend a relaxing hour - highly recommend it and will definitely be coming regularly. Thank you.

I've been twice to this sauna and it will definitely become a regular place to visit for me. The staff are all lovely and I had a great chat with everyone who shared the sauna with me. They also provide lovely small extras like oranges at the end of the session and fresh lemon water throughout, and there is a cold plunge pool. All of this topped with the beautiful location by Hove Lagoon makes for a refreshing and very enjoyable sauna experience! Highly recommend.

I loved my SAUNADELIC experience. We had a group booking so that we could enjoy the sauna, cold Bath and showers for ourselves. It was a real giggle and we felt uplifted afterwards. The team looked after our group so well. I highly recommend

Both of my visits to Saunadelic have been really wonderful. I’ve enjoyed it so much that I’m going to start going regularly! The sauna masters are fabulous and really friendly. it’s easy to book in a session through the website. Highly recommend a visit!

An awesome team in a great spot. I love this sauna. You will be so well looked after by Faye, Lisa and Jordan and come away feeling super chilled. Enjoy!

Happily becoming a regular at Saunadelic!I'm experiencing the great benefits of sauna and wondering why I didn't start earlier??Saunadelic it's not just about the therapy itself but a perfect combination of a great location, facilities and a gorgeous team,Lisa, Faye and Jordan, who are always super welcoming and friendly! What's not to like! Highly recommended!

The sauna and the sea have very positive effects on you. The location and facility are great. The employees are very friendly and kind. We go every week with my wife and we feel very relaxed.

Beautiful sauna experience with a lovely team and setting on Hove Lagoon. Highly recommend, although an hour goes so fast, I would book two sessions back to back next time!
