Bought a Bell watch from Jack at C W Sellors as Goldsmiths took 3 days to reply to my initial enquiry. All done via e mail, I got a better price and great service. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

I was having difficulty in deciding what jewellery I might buy online. Their agent, Kristie, not only helped with this but made the whole experience a pleasure. She also saved me some money. Excellent customer serviceI had forgot to click the free gift option when I bought my watch .Messaged the companies wattsapp and spoke with Jack . Jack was extremely helpful and sent the free gift out to me that's day . ( even though it was my fault)The watch I bought arrived quickly and in perfect order. The watch still had all the protective films and the box was beautifully presented within the companies own branded box .This the first time buying from Sellors jewelers . I will definitely use them in the future and will be recommending them to my family and friends.

I recently bought a ring for my wife's birthday but when it hadn't arrived with two day's to go until the big day I emailed C W Sellors to find out where it was. I was told that the ring had to be made because of the size and wouldn't be ready for around another week. I explained that I needed the ring for the coming Wednesday. The young lady I spoke to, Harriet, said she would see what she could do and would come back to me. She did indeed come back with the good news that the team would get the ring made and sent to me in time for the day I needed it, two days later! Another young lady, Emma, emailed me on the Wednesday to confirm that the ring had arrived and to ask if I was happy with it which I certainly was and more so was my wife. It really does pay to deal with a small family company who are prepared to go that extra mile to keep the customer happy. I was looked after all the way and the after sales service was second to none. A big thank you to all concerned at C W Sellors Jewellers of Ashbourne for a job well done!

Wanted to thank Tara and the team for a thoroughly personal and professional service from initial contact on the phone securing an amazing price on my watch to driving over an hour from Leicester to Ashbourne to collect my watch as described! Price was better than any other shop and the first class service from Tara was second to none! Highly recommended for your new watch purchase give them a call! Extremely quick delivery.It arrived just past 9am on Thursday having been ordered on the Wednesday late afternoon.I ordered the watch prior to 4pm but my credit card provider performed a security check and prevented the payment. After immediately contacting them the payment was processed after 4pm by Carmelina who was incredibly patient and professional.I expected it to be delayed and arrive on Friday so I am extremely satisfied with your commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
