Castle Bridal

I have had such a lovely experience with Castle Bridal. From start to finish the girls there have all been so lovely. I must give special mention to Jules though. Going back today to pick up my dress and Jules made it such a special experience. She was so helpful, friendly and gave me some fantastic dress advice!

What a hidden gem!! Jules and the dresses! As a bride you hope to have a lovely experience trying on wedding dresses, but Jules made it a great experience for everyone. Covid-19 times are tough but whilst maintain covid safety standards we all had such fun, and the dresses were gorgeous.Also to be said was the seamstress was there, what a privilege, she was able to comment and price any alterations there on the day.A massive thank you and highly recommended.

I visited Castle Bridal and had a brilliant experience. They had a large range of dresses and Jayne’s friendliness and experience put me at ease. She was very knowledgeable and suggested lots of adjustments that could be made to dresses to make them unique. I’d highly recommend them to any bride looking for their dress.

From start to finish I was treated like a queen in this boutique. Jules made me feel like I was the only client she had and absolutely doted on me every moment I was there. When she pulled this dress off the rack for the first time I got goosebumps and knew it was the one for me. I walked in doubtful that I would find something within my price range and within an hour I had said yes" to my dream dress.The two seamstresses/tailors that altered my dress did a phenomenal job. When I tried my dress on for the final time it fit as though it had been designed just for me. I have never felt more beautiful.Jules is truly a gem. I cannot thank her enough for making this experience so much less intimidating than I expected it to be. I felt like family while I was there. X"

5 stars doesn't sum up how AMAZING Castle Bridal or Jules is!!! From the moment I walked into Castle Bridal last year I walked away saying to my Mum that I wanted to buy my dress from Jules & Castle Bridal even though I still hadn't found MY dress!! But we had 2 other appointments that day to go to two more places, which one was an nightmare & the 3rd was okay but wasn't quite right!! We then arrange to go back to see Jules that afternoon...When we walked back in Jules had redressed displays with dresses that i had in my mind almost without me knowing that's what i was thinking. With the help of Jules & my Family we narrowed it down to 3 dresses... I had one i fell in LOVE with which was way over my budget but being my day & it was the one... I went for it & have never regretted it!!I LOVE MY DRESS ... after ordering it i went back once more to try on the sample with my shoes, veil & tiara & fell more in love with it. By the time i went to have my fitting of my dress i could have cried i loved it that much & it wasn't even fitted!!Jules was absolutely AMAZING through out the whole experience ... she knows her stuff, a great laugh & good fine, calming when you're stressing. I want to go through the whole experience again just so I can buy another dress from Castle Bridal. Jules is an absolute asset to Castle Bridal.We have now been married 6 weeks & i received so many compliments about my dress & I am still more in love my dress ... So much so tomorrow I am meeting with our photographer to get more photos with it as even after out wedding I still don't have enough!!Jules - Thank you so much for all your help ... I have just had a fabulous experience at Castle Bridal. I was looking for a unique dress for my wedding in May. We planned to spend the day going around the wedding shops and stopped at Castle Bridal first. We were greeted by the wonderful Julie who couldn't have done more for us. She understood me and what I wanted straight away and found the perfect dress for me. She was positive, honest and bubbly and made the experience one to remember. The dresses are fair prices and there is a brilliant range. The seamstresses also helped and were fantastic. Couldn't have done more for us will highly recommend. Jules at Castle Bridal was absolutely amazing at helping me find my dream dress. She was so warm and friendly, really knew her stuff and after seeing what sort of styles I was trying on but not really loving, she knew the exact dress to recommend. She made the whole experience so personal, fun and professional, my whole family thought she was amazing. I needed the dress alterations to be done very quickly and she got it measured and pinned the same day and alterations done within a few days. I had been to two other bridal stores the same day and she was head and shoulders better than the others in every way. Thank you so much Jules, I loved every moment of choosing my dress with you :-)
