Double Big Mac?? No! It's a DIY double Big Mac. The member of staff who arranged our meal just didn't care. Dropped someones chips all over the floor too whilst pa long them up. Yes I'll be back but I hate the staff who don't care!

I was there at lunchtime so it was busy and there was quite a wait for orders but food was fine and still managed to get a seat

I wouldn't order from here again They are all dumb who work there and can't even follow simple instructions on screen and get people's orders right. They should all be sacked

Food is rated relative to any McDonalds which is pretty standard fair.However, I really dislike this particular branch. Firstly, recent renovations haven't been ideal, in my opinion. The ground floor level is quite small and always got excessively crowded with people awaiting orders. On the plus side, they made a dedicated, closed off area for delivery drivers. Unfortunately, this has created even less space for customers.Combine this smaller waiting area with the customer base of the Galleries (not their fault, I know) then you end up with a crowd of people not giving any respect to your personal space.One other observation, following the last renovation, customers can no longer see the kitchen area, which is unusual these days. Shouldn't be an issue in theory, but something I always find reassuring as a customer.I tend to avoid if possible, even if shopping in the Galleries, and drive to the nearby Peel Centre if I want to grab a quick burger.

Ordered by kiosk, no receipt (again) fries were lukewarm and not salted. Tasty Pattie tasted like it’d been kept heated and left there for a while. I think thats it for me I’ve given this place too many chances and it just doesn’t get better

Always great staff here and they all make time for our little boy. The food is what it is at any McDonald's but the orders are always right which is the most important thing.Often a lot of kids in there but usually no bother.

Missing a burger from a meal, 2 separate qué systems both not identified or signed posted (1 for normal collection the other for Uber and just eat) staff not posted at tills to guide or help, just hanging around the fry section talking to each either. McDonald's really seems to be getting worse for customer service and getting orders correct.

Usual McDonald's food served in a very busy environment, especially late morning/early afternoon. Staff pleasant enough but it can be a bit rowdy and noisy. Sometimes struggle for a table.
