Working with The English Cream Tea Co to find my sister, who loves loose tea, a birthday gift as she was terminally ill with cancer. Jane was able to help me identify some beautiful things to send her in the U.S. and she was overjoyed with her gift. Sadly she passed a few weeks later but I will always treasure the amazing customer service Jane gave in order to help me give my sister a beautiful gift prior to her passing. Big love to Jane and the scone gnomes!

Afternoon tea from The English Cream Tea company is a delightful experience. Jane was an experience all by herself and the treats were delicious. With lockdown limiting our opportunities to socialise, it is a wonderful surprise to send one of their packages to a loved one, which is exactly what I will be doing this weekend for my good friend's birthday who I haven't been able to see in months.

We were spoilt with a good selection of sandwiches and lots of sweet treats. The scones were warmed through and the sconuts were very tasty.Overall a great experience in a quintessential english setting and warm, friendly staff. I would go back again.

Celebration day at Remote today. We’ve been hard at work on a big software project, it’s in the bag and launching soon! So, it was high time for a high tea curtesy of The English Cream Tea Company. The standard and value of the two hampers we ordered are second to none. The food was so fresh and delicious and expertly packed. Fantastic!!

My husband and daughter arranged a surprise afternoon tea party for the three of us, for my birthday last weekend. It was FABULOUS, I loved every part of it.My daughter went to special effort laying a white cloth and borrowing a tea tiered plate stand and had our wood burner roaring too. It was fresh, delicious and a very ‘naughty but nice’ birthday treat.Thanks for helping make a great lockdown birthday.

Food is amazing, so are the teas, service is beyond reproach and sets a standard for the rest of the industry. The meringues felt like they had been touched by the hands of an angel. So delicious, will definitely be back and recommend to all to try a sit down afternoon tea, at the secret sconery.

We ordered six afternoon tea boxes so that my family could share in a Zoom afternoon tea in different parts of the country to celebrate my birthday. Everyone was so impressed with their box, the contents were packed so carefully and everything arrived in perfect condition. Very generous portions and such a lovely variety of goodies. All agreed it was the best afternoon tea we have had (even better than The Ritz and Chester Grosvenor hotel)! No one got all the etiquette quiz questions correct- lots of discussion about the answers! Thank you so much.
