This is my 3rd order from this company and I must say I'm delighted with my purchase yet again. My first order was a tartan waistcoat and it was beautiful and really well made. My dog max had so many compliments on his walks. I ordered a waterproof coat and matching lead and collar and again I was impressed with the fit and quality.max hates the rain but I have found it difficult to get a coat to fit him properly. I sent his measurements and They made it to fit him perfectly. My third purchase was a lovely grey tartan bed and he loves it so much I can't get him off it. A proper company that makes it themselves is rare these days instead of all this imported rubbish that falls apart. Thank you we love it! David

I brought these coats for my cockerpoos the other day .Wow these coats are a different class . 100% better than any eBay / Amazon coats . Made of lovely material and fits perfect . The poppers to do them up actually pops and won’t come apartThanks again for an excellent well made coat .Joe Durham

Absolutely beautiful coat, our dachshund loves it. The right length and really well made. We had a compliment in the park today on how professional she looked - really happy with it so thank you!I wish that the coat came with care instructions though, a wax coat shouldn’t be put in the washing machine but no one would know that as there are no care instructions in the packaging or that I could see obviously on the website.Also, I run a small business and ensure that all of my handmade items are well packaged in bubble wrap with a little note - it just adds a little personal touch. The package I received just had the coat in a plastic envelope.Also, I am just a bit disappointed at the response to my email, it took 3 weeks for the coat to come (understandable with Christmas and bank holidays) so I emailed for an update and then chased to ask for a tracking number (which I hadn’t received). I feel the email I received back from Karen was very abrupt and rude, I never received an out of office email and I consider myself a reasonable person and wouldn’t have chased if I had received this. To state that ‘we all have families we want to spend Christmas with’ is not an appropriate response to a customer who just wanted an update on her package. I received eBay orders quicker over the same period.

My first order did not arrive and I blame Royal Mail for this error as a lot of items have been lost due to the ridiculous volume of strikes.The team at Bella and Watson rectified my missing order very promptly. The order arrived and my dog is very happy with his new clothing item!The quality and fit is perfect and I highly recommend!There are a lot of unnecessary negative and unfair reviews on here, and I feel some customers need to look at the disastrous postal system we are all living with before pointing the finger. A negative review can do a brand damage so it needs to be fairly justified.Tip, don’t believe everything you read!

The customer service was great when I first made an enquiry on 14 April regarding what size would fit my dog. Within 4-5 days we had exchanged a couple of emails and I placed the order.I received my order on the last weekend in April and contacted Karen on 2 May as the stitching for the harness hole looked frayed and I had received an incorrect colour for the mitts. I received a response the next day confirming the stitching was fine and the mitts could be exchanged, and she would arrange a collection.This email unfortunately went into my spam and I didn’t respond to Karen until 12 May when I confirmed the exchange for the mitts and asked for the harness hole to be horizonal rather than vertical.I chased Karen on 24 May as I hadn’t received a response. She responded the same day and confirmed she could do the amendment to the coat. I again asked about the exchange of the mitts and received no response.I sent a follow up email on 31 May, which Karen responded to and asked me to include the mitts in the same parcel as the coat or she could send a label out for their return.At this point, I was feeling quite fed up with having to chase so I sent the parcel and didn’t bother about the return label for the mitts. The courier confirmed the deliverly on 3 June with a picture of a male accepting the items.On 18 June, I emailed Karen to ask if she had received the items okay as I hadn’t heard anything. I sent a further email on 22 June and still received no response. On 27 June I tried to look up a phone number and the company is now temporarily closed.I have still not received a response and don’t have the products I paid for. I have now been in a dispute through my bank to try and get the money back for 2 months.I prefer to support small businesses however this is very disappointing. Especially considering I had been recommended this company by a friend, who spoke quite highly of the products.

Ordered two dog beds a few months ago, after terrible postage times and slow delivery including one getting “lost in the post” - we received them and thought they were of good quality, however a couple of months later we found they were full of mould and smelly.We cut open the stuffing bag to wash it and found it to be jam packed full of polyester stuffing and NOT sheep’s wool as advertised. No wonder it’s not dealing with moisture very well. A quick burn test proved its not natural fibres.Feel like we’ve been scammed as it’s not far too late to return and we’ve ended up with a low quality product that’s not going to last.

AVOIDThe items themselves are good quality. The service however is shocking. Having had an order delivered with a missing item in December, I spent the best part of three months chasing a replacement or a refund. During this time I was fed multiple stories as to the what the issue was. At one point I was told that the refund had been processed, 2 weeks later I chased it up as nothing had been received only to be told it had failed multiple times. Yet no one had contacted me to tell me until I asked? I was then asked for bank details so a transfer could be made which I was hesitant about. A few days after I had supplied these, the refund was miraculously processed on the original payment card with no issue.Customer service skills are lacking and are outright rude if you raise any complaint.Feels like they will do anything to hang on to your money as long as they can.Edit * Factually inaccurate? I have the correspondence to verify everything I have stated in my review.

Ordered a coat for my puppy using the measurement guide. Communication was great to start with but then nothing arrived.When I chased it, I was told it should have been there by now and it must have got lost in the post so one would be made and posted on the weekend. I chased it at the end of the following week as nothing had still arrived and was told it was being posted that day. It took over a month for the coat to arrive and when it finally did, it was too small despite me using their guideline. I asked if I could send it back for a refund which I was told I could, but I had to pay postage. It has now been 2 weeks since it was delivered back, I still have no refund and have had zero contact. I have contacted the company 3 times on email, as well as on social media and nothing back. I have now had to dispute the payment with my bank to get the money back. Whilst they may do cute coats, if it goes wrong forget it. I’d rather deal with a reputable company who at least has the common courtesy of replying back to its customers.
