WARNING!!!!we bought a sofa from bentincks furniture about 6 months ago . We were VERY unhappy with the delay in delivery and Very bad customer service from there staff border line rude / abusive when we were complaining. When we finally received our delivery we noticed the quality being very poor and demanded a refund they have refused to give us a refund and told us to live with the shoddy item we are now in the process of taking this company to small claims after doing a bit of research on the internet about this company we had noticed they had gone bankrupt a few years ago.This company will take your money and supply you with poor quality furniture and if you complain they will just ignore you.SummaryBad delivery serviceBad customer servicePoor quality furniture

Ordered full bedroom furniture for my bedroom in July 2012 - bare in mind the owners are Family friends with my cuzins! Very disappointed with the service double wardrobe arrived twice at the warehouse - damaged and the one in my room dropped off that was first delivered is damaged as well - replacement till today has not been provided, constantly been on the phone and been in the office no help provided at all or no contact - receptionist Sharon who was dealing with this matter has not dealt with it properly!was called into the office and was refunded the £200.

Bought a 2 seater fabric sofa from Bentincks Furniture via Tesco, and once I removed the packaging I discovered that it was badly scuffed and marked on the arm, and the fabric was torn. Reported this problem straight away to Bentincks (Tesco didn't want to know and washed their hands of it), and a week later I have still not heard anything. No apology, no acknowledgement of the problem, no attempt to rectify things or arrange a collection - despite numerous calls to them on my part. Terrible company, shocking customer service, STAY WELL AWAY would be my strong advice to any potential customersFURTHER UPDATE - they now want to charge me £60 to collect the faulty item, because I signed for it when it was delivered. Yes I did, but that was a signature on the delivery driver's handheld computer, which only acknowledges a successful drop-off for online tracking purposes and in no way constitutes me checking the item over thoroughly and vouching for its good condition while the delivery guys stand around and play candy crush. Seriously, I have never had the misfortune to deal with such an awful company, and I will NEVER EVER deal with them again.

I bought bed and mattress and recommended by my friend Mr Haroon. They gave me good discount and it is amazing quality I received, I will really recommed Bentick.I am going to change whole furniture of my house I will buy soon from them.Good Luck for their Business

This company is absolute dogshit, we received our corner unit on 4th march 2016, returned it on the 17th as it was damaged, waited a week for an alleged fix which couldnt have been as it went back again, spoke to Amir (who was the only helpful person there) who said company policy was to fix 3 times or a refund, they made us a brand new piece which after a week had a hole in the webbing. Reported this and was told to go away as there upholsterer said it was our fault there was a hole and they wouldnt help us any more and we could do what we liked. This was Sham, avoid this company, they rob you and then lie and ignore you. We are in contact with Trading Standards. AVOID..AVOID

Me and my friend Worked for this company at the promise of a fulltime position, once we done our weeks work we where told we wernt good enough and was told.to never come back, they got a free weeks labour out me and My friend and turned us away, more than likely they done this to more than us, not that I work the Full week and build.loads of dodgy draws with gaps hahaha!! thus company is a joke and run by polish who dont speak English. Avoid and don't purchase products as bad quality and do not have any customer service

My in laws who are Pensioners one of them is dying ordered a 3 seater pouffe & a chair in August was supposed to be delivered last week. They have rang on the delivery date saying they can't deliver until Wednesday, then rang up again saying can't deliver until today (Friday 30th September) Rang up to confirm that it is getting delivered today & they said between 1500 & 1800hrs. Rang them up again with a promise of we will ring you back in 5 minutes. No call back. My Mother & Father in law are sitting on 2 fold up canvas garden seats! Disgusting treatment to two old Pensioners! They paid £950 for this shocking 'service'. Stay away from this company at ALL costs!

This company is an absolute joke. Do NOT order anything from it you will waste days waiting for your delivery and also tell you bareface lies. They are happy to take your money and give you the sales patter but their customer service is zero. Be warned!

Just wanted to write a quick review on this company. They provided everything I asked for with excellent customer service and fantastic prices. My products were delivered quickly and to the exact standard I wanted. Even when I needed something to fit an exact size they made it perfectly.I would happily recommend Bentinck Ltd to anyone.

So pleased with my 2 sofas from here, great service from the owner, happy to help with anything. Great quality and a really good deal. Delivered on the day promised so can’t fault! ☺️
