Short staffed, gentleman who served me was inexperienced with domestic sewing machines but pleasant enough. The person running it was very curt and literally pointing to a machine stating 'that one over there. Later saying 'or that one'. I felt unimportant

I emailed J & B for an unusual part for a Q'nique 15R and was replied to quickly letting me know price and availability. I phoned to order the part and a few sundries and the phone conversation ended.Within a very short time Robert phoned back and gave me advice about the machine and likely cause which made complete sense as to why it had happened and how to rectify. This was incredibly helpful as would negate the problem reoccurring.Above and beyond and highly recommend J & B.Thanks Robert.

I would give 0 stars if possible, my wife phoned to enquire about a service for our sewing machine and was told they charge £60 per hour.At no point was it mentioned to her that they also charge £60 an hour traveling costs.I called to complain and explain that my wife wasn't told this only to be told they did mention this to her.If that was correct we would never have bothered as it's cost us £228 for an hours labour and a return journey Newport to clevedonWe won't be phoning them again ....beware

I would highly recommend J & B Sewing.They are a professional service that always help to fix our sewing machines and they are quick to come up with solutions too. They come to our factory to look and fix our sewing machines,They've recently helped us with delivering a machine to us quickly so we can carry on creating our products.Overall, excellent service - AJ Tensile Manufacturing would recommend them highly.
