Pretty standard Game store.All the usual games, consoles, toys and accessories etc. You can always find what you're looking for.Staff are all great with their product knowledge, friendly and helpful.However, the shop is really quite scruffy and rundown... It's almost as though the company is aiming at scuzzy teenagers and discounting everyone else.As a middle aged lady (with more disposable cash than the kids) I really don't like going in to these stores, which is a shame, as it is me that buys most of the games.

What a let down. But a shell of what it used to be. Stuffy corner in Sports Direct with a mixed bag of staff (think liquorice allsorts - yuck.) You'd be lucky to get help, more likely to be completely dismissed. The couple of lovely staff members are sadly overshadowed by the doom and gloom by the rest of the GAME experience. They really made a mole hill out of a mountain, and I'm sure it won't be long before it's kicked over.

Great little game shop wide arrange of games at great prices.This store is first on my list for Christmas and birthday shopping I have also been to this store since 12 so that should say a lot.The staff are amazing with a high knowledge of all consoles and games.I would definitely recommend coming here to buy your games.

Lovely experience in store, staff were approachable, stock was good and prices were reasonable!Billy was very friendly and knowledgeable.Will be in again when I'm next nearby.

This store has terrible staff. I don't appreciate an employee ignoring their customers as if they are doing them a favor. I talked to a staff member 5 times so that he turns to me and listen to my inquiry, but he wouldn't turn his back to me until his colleague came to me. I detest the way staff work there, and because of that I decided not to buy a thing from there.

Went in to ask about nintendo switch. Very helpful.

Rubbish. Service is the speed of a tortoise. 40 mins to get served, only 3 people in front of us. Maybe if the manager wasn't trying to chat up one of the workers and they actually got on with serving people things might improve. Avoid

I've been coming to this store for years and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Yesterday was another example of this, I was served by Will who was lovely. It's well worth visiting for the cheap prices and brilliant staff.

Did not get the ladies name but can't praise her enough, we tried to trade in an iPad at the Apple store but we're unable to as it was too new. Took it to the Game store where the lady in question noticed a small mark under the screen and advised us to take it back to the Apple store and we received a full refund. We want to make sure that she receives some recognition for the excellent help and advice.

The store itself is great, it may be a little strange to find for the first time users but it is inside the Sports Direct on the second floor. The staff there have always being lovely to me and I have never had a problem with them personally. They have plenty of options to choose from and the prices are great, I used to love shopping with GAME.The problem is with the company itself, they offer a lot of false promises and all around don't seem to care about you as a customer. The store employees do and they help you where they can but the company? Nope. I have had my issues resolved but it hasn't come without it's extreme fair share of nagging from my behalf, they tell you there's nothing you can do in the hopes you will just give up and stop pestering them. Not to mention how rude customer service has being on multiple occasions despite me being as polite as possible, it's being unprofessional and uncalled for.Overall I would say if you're going to shop here be my guest make your own mind up about it, what I would recommend is solely keep your purchases to only be in store only, don't fall for any pre-orders any extras, don't bother with the account cards or anything as such, I'd grab what you would like from the store and keep it at that then your experience should be nice and sweet.I don't really recommend you use any of the online services.
