This review is to give a special recognition to Huzaifah, it honestly puts me at ease when I know he is dealing with any issues of my son’s medication.Thanks a lot for your patience in dealing with me and for all your help.

I want to share my heartfelt appreciation for the pharmacist Sadegh's exceptional care and dedication to his patient, my mum. Throughout our interactions with him, he has consistently demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and genuine concern for mum's well-being.From the moment we stepped into the pharmacy on Saturday, Sadegh greeted us with a warm smile and made my mum feel instantly at ease. He attentively listened to her concerns, taking the time to understand her medical history and current health issues. His compassionate and empathetic approach immediately reassured me that mum was in good hands.What truly stood out about Sadegh was his vast knowledge and expertise. He patiently answered all our questions, providing clear explanations and valuable insights into her prescribed medications (and she is on loads of meds). It was evident that he not only knew the medications but also understood their potential effects and interactions, ensuring her safety and peace of mind.Moreover, Sadegh went above and beyond to offer us many options, and what to do if plan A or even plan B doesn't work. He took the time to explore alternative solutions, always putting her health and comfort as his top priority.I can confidently say that Sadegh is not just a pharmacist but a true healthcare partner. Thank you, Sadegh, for your outstanding service and for making a positive impact on my mum's health and overall experience. Absolutely disgusting that the 2 female ladies made my wife wait for 35 mins to collect a simple prescription whilst they were chit chatting about everyday things apart from doing their job whilst swapping counters. It wasn’t until another customer came in with a different nationality that they started being all over her. That’s when my wife said “ I am on lunch here can I have my prescription please” that’s when they they realised themselves what they were doing. Completely unacceptable!

This pharmacy don't like poor people, they'll only serve you if you're rich and can afford private healthcare, as they suspended NHS prescriptions.

Excellent service from all the team. Mark & Sarah have gone above & beyond with care , kindness & support when I needed advice & urgent medication.The pharmacists liaise with your Gp if there is something you need help with & they genuinely care for patients / customers .Many thanks to all the team at Broadway Pharmacy .

I was struggling to get a hold of some regular medication on private prescription due to a shortage. Contacted many pharmacies for delivery and Broadway came through for me especially thanks to Huzaifa. Service was fast and communication over phone/email very good. Medication was in stock and sent to me next day in the post. Prices were competitive if not cheaper than anywhere else I've bought from. Will use again and recommend.

Wow. I was sent to pick up a prescription and I had to ask if this was a pharmacy as it looked more like a high end Selfridges type shop/spa. What a breath of fresh air to see a pharmacy that doesn’t look like a war zone. Such a lovely atmosphere with excellent customer service. Absolutely Amazing!

Honestly, if I could give more than 5* - I would. After an ititial slow process of trying to get in touch with Broadway, I was able to speak to two reps within the ADHD department, who managed to source my medication, same day. I couldn't believe how fast the process was from placing my order to delivery, considering the world wide shortage of ADHD medication. I am over the moon with Broadway Pharmacy, and will continue to use their services moving forward. I just want to add a HUGE thank you to Huzaifa, who was extremely helpful and kind throughout the process, I hope he is able to be passed on this positive feedback.Thank you so much, E.Rose

Everytime ADHD360 have delayed anything , I have been able to get onto the phone to Broadway and for Huzaifa to always sort the mess out and the medication be with me 24 hours later. I have lost my temper multiple times but he has always been calm and has managed to get the job done.Thank you so much for all your help huzaifa and Broadway over the last few months. Really do appreciate it

Made me wait more than half an hour. They couldn't locate my prescription. Made me call the GP and once the Prescription reference was given, they have conveyed it was collected by someone! I had to demand a cctv check and finally medicine was there and no one collected it!! - I am re-writing my review following a call back from Mr Mike from Broadway pharmacy. He has shown the courtesy to accept the error and taken it as a chance for improving the customer service - -Much appreciated :)
