Fantastic gym with a positive atmosphere. Great range of equipment and very clean. Staff are all very friendly and helpful too.Always enjoy coming in whether it's to train or take part in classes!

Best affordable gym about with up to date equipment, but when health and body are concerned, don’t think any other gym compares. Guidance of gym owner, if you’re ever stuck, other members will also help you! Come and experience this gym and compare to yours.

Fabulous gym, nice and clean, buzzing atmosphere! Amazing equipment and something for everyone, would highly recommend anyone new to gym life pop in and see the team, they’re super friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t train anywhere else.

Train N Gain is a fabulous gym. The staff are super friendly and have provided a comfortable environment for working out. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to start for the first time, or anyone experienced looking for a better quality gym.

Love this gym. So many different pieces of equipment. Not had a day where I can’t train what I want to, brilliant. Also, a great selection of classes throughout the week, something to do everyday, which I love. Clean equipment and facilities, friendly staff available to assist you should you need. Great value for money in my opinion.

Train and gain is the best gym in Gosport, excellent personal trainers, very welcoming, full of top class gym equipment. I highly recommend TNG.I tell anyone to Go check it, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.All stocked up with Pre works and supplements to suit.
