Located on the London Road, the popular Restaurant Street of Leicester, Chocoberry is a popular destination. I went there only for my dessert, not knowing that they served multi- cuisine starters and mains as well. The staff were friendly and service prompt. The dessert menu was very impressive. I had the mini- waffle selection dipped in Belgian and White chocolate. It was delicious and I loved it. The disclaimer is that the review only covers the dessert menu. I would definitely go back for full meal with my family.

Delicious food, good ambience and good presentation, and especially I have to mention about their service. Choco Berry employees are very kind and they make us very comfortable, specifically, Athira and Aishwarya were always pleasant and recommended better combinations of food and they added wonderful moments to my special day.

A recommendation from a friend, chocoberry cafe is a must try when in Leicester, (they now also have a branch in Birmingham) my experience on this visit was a very hit and miss.. My friend ordered the pistachio milk cake tasting delicious she enjoyed it and I Ofcourse tried it too and agreed. However myself, I ordered the chocolate chip cookie dough, I didn’t enjoy mine as it felt it was warmed in a microwave and not very fresh.The decor was lovely, customers nearby mentioning they’ve travelled from far which of course is a credit to the branding. With the cafe being so busy and short staffed it was very difficult to get served and a long wait time for our desserts.

Been here a few times and the place is always busy and has a great atmosphere. Food is always made fresh and very tasty, especially with everything we’ve tried so far. Staff are friendly and welcoming.

I have dined here twice now. First time was just for quick snacks and catch up with a friend and second time for desserts with the kids.Ordering was a bit confusing the second time. The QR codes on the tables were damaged and could not be scanned. A little while later, we were handed an ipad to place our order. After I completed my order online, the lady came over and took my order again as she then informed me that the ipad was just for selecting items, not actually placing the order! The process worked, I just wished someone had explained it to us.When we went for desserts, between the five of us, one dessert came out to us almost instantly after the order was placed, the next three came out about another 20 minutes later and the last one came out another 5 minutes after that. This was very frustrating.The first time I visited I didn't have any of these issues so I'll put it down to an 'off day'.Both times, the food was delicious. Noodles slightly over boiled but still very tasty.All the desserts were simply perfect and we practically licked out our plates!I would definitely visit again.

Food - Kanafe dessert- Delicious- Freshly made- Great flavour and texturesService- We had to wait for about 15 minutes (for a table) as it was quite busy. Staff member said he will call us if we wanted to go for a walk etc, and he did.- Order took about 20 minutes- Table staff attentive and friendlyAtmosphere- Great location- Lovely decor, modern and clean- Very busy as it's a popular placeOverall- Great service, great food, a very enjoyable visit

Aishwarya was very friendly and she always had a smile on her face. Good service.Amazing food, good quantity of food and friendly staff. Since it has opened we have been quite a few times even took our family and friends. We have told our colleagues as well that how good their food is. We would definitely recommend this place.
