Unreliable. Take hires but don't show up.In response to comment from NE Executive Ltd:I booked via Uber, you accepted the fare with an estimated pick-up time of 9 minutes. The drivers name was Lawrence.After 5 minutes I noticed that they had not moved (using Ubers map tracking function).I called you and was told that the driver wouldn't be coming.I asked whether another driver could come and was told that this wouldn't be possible for at least 30 minutes, probably more.I therefore asked if the driver could 'unaccept' my fare so that I could find another driver/company. This was done promptly but the status still showed as searching for a driver".Given that I'd been told that another driver wasnt available
