Biggest time wasters ever. Needed work done within two months, they came did a survey and said they wanted the work and promised a quote. Chased them a week later and they said they would send it, chased them repeatedly via email and phone over the next 4 weeks. I finally got to speak with James and he said they are too busy to do it for at least 4 months. It would have saved us a lot of time and inconvenience if James would respond to calls and emails and be more professional. If you can't do the work just tell people not ignore them.

Unfortunately have only given 3* as had a composite door and sidelight fitted 3 months ago and firstly the frame failed quality control and so that held up original time for fitting, but when it did come and was fitted there were endless marks and chips on the door and new frame . The worst bit is that one of the panels of glass leaks into the property everytime it rains.. So with all the faults we asked for a whole new door and frame and it was agreed, but having spoken to James at Easter and he confirmed it would be 10 days , we are now 2 months later and not heard a word from them.Extremely poor customer service, so would not recommend them.

We have just had all the guttering, fascias, soffits & cladding replaced and we are absolutely thrilled with the finished result. Andy the salesman is a really nice friendly guy who was most helpful as is David the installer who has done a fantastic job. We cannot fault his work. We would certainly recommend them for their brilliant service.

Great comms and did everything they said they would do. Experts in their field and gave great advice. Got on with the job and I hardly knew the guys were there! Friendly and courteous I would definitely recommend and use again. Fully justified 5 star rating.2 new doors and 1 large window fitted.

I had all my fascia and gutters replaced as well as my front door.A very friendly and professional company. Dave who fitted the fascia and guttering was brilliant really new what he was doing as did James who fitted the front door.I would highly recommend this company and Andy the salesman isn’t pushy at all.A fantastic all round company.

Recently had all the soffits and fascias replaced by Pilkington Plastics on my house. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail and communication were fantastic throughout the whole job, and I am very pleased with the result. Dave, our installer, was exceptional - not only was he very experienced and able to carry out the work to a high standard, but he kept us in-the-loop regarding what he was doing. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Called in to get some fascia and the guys were so helpful - got lots of good advice and would highly recommend
