I used to love this place took me a year to get the missus to come back here after getting a raw parmo. First time back waited 45 mins for them to give my order to someone else. Than asked if I minded waiting again while they cooked my order again. Absolutely pi** take avoid at all cost

Not impressed. Ordered a gourmet American burger. Waited 15 minutes.When I finally did get it, the burger was greasy, slimy and the cheese not melted.No sauces with the chip or being offered sauces.If your to busy making jokes or flirting with your young female staff, then how can you expect to focus on your customer.I came here once before and it was reasonably okay, but this time lacking organisational skills, or common sense.

If I could I would minus the stars. Found a long hair in our chilli sauce, when I rang they offered another chilli sauce no doubt from the same batch. I am very disappointed with the way they tried to handle this breach of food hygiene and the lack of management in rectifying this. I gave him a chance to sort this before writing a review

I don't know what I was expecting but the waffle was really stodgy and don't think it was cooked properly , I presume it was from a frozen mixture . Normally I love a waffle but on this occasion I was soooo glad it was only a small waffle (only the size of your hand) and well.....the pancakes were not much better .
