Thank you to Rob today for helping in a crisis when water got into one of our fire alarms at home from a leak through the upstairs ceiling. Rob text me his number so I could send a picture of the make and model of the alarm. He talked me through how to get it of and turn the power of at the fuse box. Can't thank firesharp and Rob enough. Rob went out of his way to help and stayed on the phone while it got sorted. Thanks again and really do appreciate your help ☺️
