At other dealers you could at least get a decent coffee and something to eat while waiting...here there is nothing...even the cafe in M&P closes early..i'd rather travel up to Williams in manchester...they offer a far more complete service.. The 'BMW' servicing is actually done over the road at M&Ps...so probably won't get a BMW stamp in the book. I'll not be back.

Bought new panniers and top box for my 1250gs Adventure arrived in 3 giant boxes filled with left over cardboard boxes of products sold as well as my items .Top box has had a slight repair on the left hand side 2 corners on the top, one corner has a bolt instead of a Rivett and they both have some sealant stuck in between. I'm not please at all with this company dishonesty but they said its bmw supplier.

Brought BMW F850GSA, great service in the middle of the pandemic, had no bikes in stock but found me one from Scotland within 5 days bike was brought down checked and then ready for 5 September to collect. Mal from parts has been awesome sorted my back box and fitted it with the lock within 15 mins good service. I will be looking for my next BMW with them shortly!!!

Bought BMW G310R with a refundable deposit, had to harass them to refund my deposit took almost 3 weeks when said it would be 3 days.. called them up constantly, nothing, had to go sit and wait for it. They didn’t even process it!No apologies nothing.
