I’ve been working as a sub-contractor for Harvey Jones for a couple of years now. I work across several showrooms but Bristol is one of the best. Their attention to detail and consistent communication with subcontractors and clients creates a great work environment. Joe and Jess are fantastic designers creating very happy customers so it’s a delight to work in their homes!

We are so happy with our kitchen. The service and support has been fantastic. Jess our designer has worked so hard, ensuring that everything is to our absolute satisfaction. Harvey Jones (Clifton) - what an exceptional team, with particular praise for our incredibly patient designer Jess Moult. We began our new kitchen search about 15 months ago, after visiting several high end providers in the South West we narrowed our search to Harvey Jones and Neptune. Both designs were broadly similar in style and cost.However, it was the hands on product knowledge and obvious project management capability of Jess that swung us in favour of Harvey Jones. Unknown at the time but this proved to be an excellent choice. Having a new quality kitchen is an expensive, time consuming and stressful project, however the remarkable attention to detail, the site visits by Jess and other members of the team gave us confidence we had chosen correctly.The Harvey Jones support team involved in the design, fitting, painting and quality control of the overall project were superb from start to finish with good communications throughout, thank you Andy, Cat and Heath.We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and again wish to thank Jess for being such a patient, positive and reassuring presence throughout.

Harvey Jones (Clifton) have designed and supplied my kitchen. I have been very impressed by my designer (Jess Moult) and her colleagues: she has worked very hard and patiently to design a kitchen that really works for my family. She has been great with both the functionality of the space and the aesthetics. She has explored quite a number of options in detail and shows enthusiasm for ensuring that things are right and that I am happy. The company have also shown flexibility and patience. I have also felt very reassured by the company's pro-active approach to tackling potential issues when working off plan". I feel that Jess and her colleagues are working with me to achieve a great kitchen. Harvey Jones is a "premium" kitchen brand and the customer service has definitely lived up to that. They have also not allowed the Covid situation to effect what they are offering: I have had a very good experience with their virtual design service and their site visits.I am updating this review following the completion of the kitchen. The installation team and the painter were all absolutely amazing. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is very hard to beat. The whole process was very well reviewed and quality controlled by the Harvey Jones surveyor and (very) minor snags addressed very quickly. They really do insist on delivering a showroom quality kitchen.I could not be more pleased with the kitchen - as well as the process to get it. We used Harvey Jones to supply/fit our new kitchen. The design and planning process was very thorough and professional. But due to the complexities of installing in our very old cottage, where walls and the ceiling were not square, with lots of odd angles, there were some problems. However the Harvey Jones team worked with us and it was eventually successfully completed. The quality and finish are excellent.

Having had an incredible introduction from the Harvey Jones Clifton Village team we decided to book in a free consultation to discuss design options for our Redland kitchen renovation. Melissa guided us through this process; her professionalism, friendliness and experience made the process enjoyable and a great learning experience for us both. She was more than happy to take her time to discuss a variety of options and truly showcased the beautiful designs behind the making of a Harvey Jones kitchen. Julian managed the projected seamlessly from this point and was always on hand to keep us up to date with progress whilst answering any questions we had a long the way. We spent lots of time on the design to make sure we got the best solution for us. Really worth the wait, great service from Jess Moult who was happy to spend time to ensure we made the best use of the small kitchen we have in our 15th century cottage. This is our second project delivered by Harvey Jones, went back to them as we were really happy with the standard of service and workmanship.

We went with Harvey Jones for the kitchen of our new build house as we felt the kitchen designer Jess Moult really listened to what we wanted and helped us to achieve a practical and stylish kitchen. The company was also flexible and patient with our endless delays! Also very happy with the quality of the workmanship and of the cabinetry.

Over the past few years we've been a customer with Harvey Jones whilst we were completing our Chapel conversion. We approached Harvey Jones very early on in the project and they have been exceptionally patient during our building works. The kitchen was finally fitted in time for Christmas 2022 and we are exceptionally pleased with the quality of the work done and the functionality of the design features that were created for us, a bespoke gadgets cupboard and a bespoke corner pantry which included shelves made from old pews, to name but a few. We would like to thank Jess from the Bristol office in particular and our local fitter Dave and those staff who helped at the start of our Harvey Jones journey at the Milton Keynes office. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Harvey Jones to anyone looking for a new kitchen.
