Thy Will Be Done

We have used Thy will be done a few times and have been pleased with their service. They were very helpful with our POAs making sure we understood all the steps involved.

A Friendly and professional service. Very happy with the service we received. The gentleman who arranged my brothers' will explained things clearly in details I could understand. The whole experience was completed in good time giving us peace of mind for when the time comes.

Our first purchase was our Wills followed by Power of Attorney. We received face to face consultations which was most helpful . We recently decided to put our property into a trust and again all our questions were answered when we once again visited the office - this time in Chapel Road . We have had a few adjustments needed for our trust & was disappointed that this had to be discussed over the phone now. All in all we are now very relieved to have our affairs in order & fully legal !

Writing this on my mums behalf.We used this service many years ago for mum and dads LPA, and since my dad passed away they have been very helpful and understanding whilst mum has written a new will.Mum would like to thank them all for the kindness she has received whilst on the the phone.

My elderly Mother made the mistake of using this company in Spain to make a UK will, saw them on the 30th Oct, draft was emailed over on the 13th Nov, full of mistakes and not set up at all how she wanted, after a couple of days looking it over, she is 80 years old so I think that's a fair time, she decided it wasn't right and so wanted to cancel, took an age to make contact, only to be told, sorry, you only have 14 days to cancel from date of paying deposit, ie the 30th, with the draft sent on the 13th, she had less than one day to check it over.It's only 200 euro, but its the principal of it, I've a few words for companies who fleece over elderly people, but now's not the time or place.I've looked over the draft, and apart from many mistakes with spelling, dates and locations, the whole will is set up to make Thy Will be Done as much money as possible when my mother passes, shame on all of you.

We recently had to request that documents were re-sent to us due to family illness that resulted in them being misplaced. Thy Will Be Done were very helpful on the phone and the documents were received within a couple of days. We've always found them very helpful and polite and would recommend them.-Sue Bolton

We were given a very professional service in creating our Wills and Trusts. Debbie was friendly, gave advice and made sure that our requests were fully complied with.

Writing this on mum’s behalf. We have used Thy Will be Done for many years for both mum and dad’s LPA’s and Will’s including rewriting Mum’s Will following dad’s passing away. Mum has always found them to be very helpful and willing to deal with any queries.

The representative who came round to see us was very good and explained everything they do.He was not pushy and left us to decide if Thy Will Be Done would be right for us,we decided to go ahead and let them deal with the wills and power of attorney.Unfortunately I have to deduct one star from the review as they are a bit slow answering emails and we have dicovered phoning is the best option.On the whole Okay.
