Stetson London

Very nice shop! There are plenty of nice hats to try, and the guys in the shop are extremely helpful and patient.

Great brand. Super friendly staff (I got Ishan) and solid advice. Delighted to have a Stetson store in London, and this one looks to be a great one.

Had a great experience in store and bought two hats. A Stetson I'd ordered from Stetson online arrived also and I decided I'd keep that one because the brim was slightly wider which for me is preferred. I called up the store to ask about the return process in store and they said they don't do refunds at all, regardless of the hat still having all its labels/packaging. The way he spoke to me, defensively, made me feel like an idiot for not seeing a sign on the desk (I had been talking to the assistant at the time so had not seen any sign). Disappointing.

Superb shop and staff. Very helpful in sizing and also had a laugh in there to. Looking forward to a return visit.

Great range of hats, but poor service. I was struggling to find the right size and asked a member of staff which was closest to a 7 5/8 hat size. I was told that it was an American size (despite that being my English size) and that Stetson Europe made their sizes in cm. After telling them my size in cm he seemed to be disinterested in helping me and walked away. It’s a shame really as I had entered the shop hoping to buy that day but the service made me reconsider. The only reason that I’m giving two stars is because of the high quality product that they’re offering.
