The best company ever when it comes renting bikes for Deliveroo etc, the price is slightly higher than other companies but honestly they are miles better, from things like the 24/7 live support to smooth bookings when it comes to maintenance. You’ll literally be in and out within 10/15 mins at most . they also reimbursed me with free days with the bike when I payed for a tyre puncture which they would’ve fixed for free anyway, I was just being slightly impatient. I used a similar company (zoomo) at one point and it was the most hardest thing ever to get through to them, I had a puncture once and they never ever pick up the phone so I pushed the bike over to their unit and they said I had to wait 1 whole week to get something as little as a puncture repaired. Overall ett may be slightly more expensive but they out do their competition in every single way possible, at the end of the day you pay for convenience. I would 100% recommend ETT to anyone whose looking to rent an E bike.

We rented an ETT Trayser 2.0 E-bike for our trip from Edinburgh to London for my father. The reason why we chose ETT is the battery capacity. Although we cycled more than 100km per day, the battery always covered the day. If you want to rent a touring e-bike this is the place to go. No doubt. And for sure with a great service as they also provided helmet and lock.

ETT stepped in at short notice to help rescue my 11 day, 400 mile summer cycle tour including the NCN 2 route from Weymouth to Dover. The trip was jeopardised by a knee injury meaning I couldn't ride my regular bike.I needed a bike with a range of 50+ miles on a fast charge and would have enough power so i didn't have to push with my damaged knee. The bike looked ideal and the rental price was very very good compared to other firms.A collection was easily arranged, I was supplied with a few extra spare parts just in case and set off by train to the start.I had two heavy pannier bags of kit so rode in the higher assistance levels all the time. Despite the extra weight, I barely had to tickle the pedals - all hills and rough ground were easy and as advertised, the battery still allowed me over 50 miles on a 4 hour charge.On higher mileage days, a lunch time 1 hour top up charge added at least another 10-15 miles to that.ETT made themselves available on WhatsApp if any technical advice was required..none was needed.The bike was entirely sound, completely reliable and especially well suited to rough tracks - it managed everything and was great fun to ride.I highly recommend this bike for similar trips.This firm know what they're doing.

ETT bikes and staff have been nothing short of exceptional. The ebikes are the best avaliable throughout the city in my opinion. You can swap your battery for a new one at any time during opening hours. The ebike last from 7 to 9 hours from one full charge. Would highly recommend them to all ! Big shout out to the ETT team. Those guys are really accommodating and understanding. Thanks again !

A+++++ top company I rented this bike while I was working for Uber eats. For 3months and never had problems bike was great battery done me whole day of working and little thing like changing brake and that they have 2great bike mechanic s , that sorts thing out straight away. If my bike I built brakes down I'll definitely be using again. Also great communication with there WhatsApp . Cheers Craig Francis Stevens
