I cancel my earlier review; after James recovered from COVID he got in touch, provided a satisfactory quote, communications were good, answering questions with good information.James and his team worked professionally and meticulously to a high standard and were very tidy, cleaning up at the end of every day. The job ran over by a couple of days but that was partly my fault (I asked for some extras) and partly the result of him willingly fixing faults that he discovered in our plumbing system.We are very pleased with the bathroom and will invite James to return in 2022 to do some kitchen work.

James and the team were friendly, perfessional and tidy. The standard of the finish exceeded expectations and the work was done for a fair price. Can't praise or recommend this business highly enough, very pleased.

James and his team have just completely refitted our bathroom and our en-suite shower room. We are extremely happy with the quality of workmanship and their attention to detail. James made some great suggestions to improve our initial plan and kept us informed of the progress throughout. James arrived on time every day and left everything clean and tidy at the end of each day. I would absolutely recommend James.

JOB: Full Bathroom refurb - (gut and rebuild)James and his team were a pleasure to work with and have in our home.The first assessment to provide a quote was flawless, he turned up on time, was very friendly and did not rush us at all. We spoke about various ideas and what we could do with the space we had.I'm a very particular person and where other builders had told me it's not possible... James made it possible.He was constantly on hand for my 1000 questions and calls leading up to the job and helped me to ensure all the items I decided to source myself were the right size.I honestly cannot praise James and his team enough. They are professional perfectionists that are 1000% trustworthy people.We left them with a key to our house for the 3 week renovation and I was completely at peace.They treated our home as if it was theirs, with the utmost respect and the house was cleaned down every day after they finished work.James was constantly in touch daily to let me know the progress of the job and the plans for the following days as we were not there, only popped in now and then in the evenings.Not a single detail was missed.WOW! What can I say the bathroom refurb turned out better than I could have ever imagined.James made a few suggestions to add a few bits to the bathroom design and it really was the icing on the cake with all the cherries!I was ecstatic to see the finished result, breathtaking 5 star luxury.I could not be happier with the service provided from quotation all the way through to completion.The work was completed in a timely manner to a high standard for reasonable price. There was no change half way through the job when difficulties were encountered with our leaning walls. The price quotes was the price charged.We would engage with James again for bathroom refurbishment for our other bathroom without hesitation and highly recommend using this business. Complete bathroom refurb. James listened to my ideas, advised and suggested ideas as well. Worked hard and managed to liaise virtually on some design ideas. Finished to a high standard and have left everywhere immaculate. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing service and a quality finish. Nothing was to much for James, even when we added on extra jobs for him to do. James and his team have now done two bathrooms for us this year and both have been amazing quality. This company goes more then a extra mile to ensure you have the bathroom of your dreams.

James and his team have completely re-fitted our bathroom with underfloor heating to a breathtaking standard.James & his team left our home clean & tidy every day through out the two week refurbishment & they were very friendly & polite.We would definitely recommended James and his A team.

James Cheshire, Matt and Ryan converted our large 120-year-old bathroom into a new Master Bedroom ensuite shower room and a new family bathroom. The quality of the work was superb, their price was very competitive, and they finished the estimated 20-day job two days early! Their cleanliness and professionalism throughout was exemplary and I have no hesitation in recommending them as the best Bathroom and Electrical contactors I have ever come across.

The service from James has been amazing: by far the best we've ever had from any contractor. He helped us plan our downstairs WC refurb, he listened to what we wanted and had some great ideas. He sent us links to multiple options for the units and appliances and helped us choose. He came with his apprentice on time, and stayed until the job was fully complete. He communicated with us very well throughout and responded very promptly to any queries we sent him. The final outcome is exactly what we wanted and in fact exceeds expectations. The room was completely gutted, the walls were not in a great state and needed new plaster board. This extended the length of the job but James stuck to his original quote.So, in summary, great communication with us, he came on time, was very responsive to queries, stuck to his quote and delivered a great result. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this company. We had a full bathroom re-fit and are really pleased with the end result. They were very professional throughout and discussed all options with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. Job was completed in 2 weeks and all rubbish taken away.
