Bathshack

Very pleased with our purchase due to fast delivery. We haven't actually installed our bath yet, but were impressed with someone who would actually deliver a bath to Northern Ireland!

I had previously purchased a sink unit from Bathshack which was fitted but I needed to change the sink drain as it was not operating consistently. I needed to remove the drawers to access the underneath but there was no obvious way of removing them. I contacted Bathshack for help and Ryan not only returned my call but made a video of how to get the draws out. So very helpful and he was pleased to help. I would highly recommend this company if you are surfing the net. Not only were their products excellent but was matched by their service and after care. Thanks again Ryan.

Awful, the showroom manager Riain placed an order for a full bathroom suite for us. Forgot to order a shower, ordered us two towel rails and didnt order a handle for our vanity unit. We bought a shower and handle elsewhere and had to wait for a refund on the extra towel rail. Woeful service. I complained via email and via a calland was ignored. Terrible avoid.

After being let down by a staff member in another store (after reading other reviews I wasn't surprised) which we'd tried phoning repeatedly, took one phone call to Belfast and Peter sorted everything. He was an absolute gift yesterday honestly can't thank him enough

Jordan was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The products are good quality and the prices are reasonable. Delivery was made as agreed. I would definitely recommend this company.

Ordered bathrooms for our new build,Quality 9/10Price 8/10Customer service 2/10Delivery 1/10Had a few problems with this company, ordered and replaced our shower trays 4 times then cancelled as they were just cheap rubbish and wouldn’t sit flush. Our custom made bathroom vanity came with a massive hole in the box and careless damage done to the vanity. We then got a replacement after many attempts to contact customer services, much easier to get through to sales mind. The replacement didn’t have the handle cut out, after two weeks we were told someone would come out and swap it, someone did come out but took drawer not swap it and said they will go do the work, why did we have to wait two weeks for this?Abbey who we dealt with was brilliant and helpful if and when we finally got through. Yes the products are good and sturdy, but they only sent one delivery driver and expected my wife who was at home to lift 50kg+ products, even after telling them she wasn’t fit still kept sending only one driver. Few products came missing and damaged and customer service just barely present made for overall a really poor experience.

Awful customer service, spend weeks chasing them up just to be told a different lie every time you speak to them. Request a phone call from the manager which never comes. Spend your money elsewhere!

Had a very positive experience with Bathshack. Special thanks to Jonathan Stubbington who was easy going and full of ideas in designing our bathroom. He advised and helped us choose the items needed to make it all happen. He stayed in contact throughout the process, and ensured we were happy with our order.Delivery came sooner than the original estimate, which was a bonus. Everything arrived within a week, and Jonathan even recommended some providers that could refurbish the bathroom for us. This took all the stress out of planning and organising.Thanks, I’ll be using Bathshack again!

Bathshack Belfast recently supplied us with bathroom tiles. We visited them at very short notice, and delivery was also to a tight schedule. Their response was outstanding, and we are very impressed by the result. Their telephone liaison regarding delivery was also very efficient We strongly recommend Bathshack.
