Having visited Mr Plastics 5 minutes before closing on a Wednesday, they were still happy to serve.Ordered shower panel for a refurbishment project, more than they had in stock.Order was turned around and delivered to site on the Friday (which was incredibly quick, seeing as they didn't have stock).Very friendly, helpful and professional service.I'd highly recommend and shall be back.

I went to Mr Plastics on Oak Street for the very first time last week for some ducting items and some worktop. The young man at the counter ( sorry can't remember his name ) was so very helpful and patient it was a pleasure to be served by him. I also needed to match in some worktop and all the little blocks of worktop they had there made it very easy to select the exact match i needed and once again the young man was very helpful in organising delivery at my convenience to my house. When the delivery man came he was very helpful and helped unwrap the worktop so it could be inspected. It is so refreshing to receive such old school service and help and these boys know their stuff. The likes of B&Q and Wickes could learn a lot about good old customer service from Mr Plastics staff. I highly recommend them and i will be going back when i need some more stuff.

Recently purchased our new kitchen worktops from here. Couldn't ask for a more helpful and friendly service. Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond, and with lots of smiles and laughs thrown in for good measure! High recommend

Simply superb! First class assistance and knowledge from the young guy here, (apologies I didn't get his name). Came in with various issues as a DiY plumping novice. Sorted everything for me. The owner even had a nice chat and took the time to talk with me. A very rare but welcome experience in todays world! Thank you all.

The staff here recently talked me through a bathroom downpipe replacement repair. They cut me the pipe to size, and I was able to complete the repair on my own. That can only mean great instructions. Great success! Big thanks to Mr. Plastic!

Last week I placed £180 order for acrylic sheets in small sizes on web site. No indication on web site these were not in stock or not even known when would be available. Paid my money by card. No clues that product not available. Next day had phone call explaining the online prices were for off cuts and they hadn't got what they advertised on web site. Was told I could get a full sheet cut to size but would be more money. Tried to organise that today but told no staff available to do cutting and got clear impression they didn't want to bother. Found another company online in Leicester that can do and is even cheaper. Wasted lots of time and effort and I'm down £180 at the moment. Have asked for a full refund which I trust will be given today. Would give no star if that was an option.No indication on web site that product was not in stock or when would be in stock but still took order. They say not sure what else they could have done." How about not taking orders and money for stuff you don't actually have and have no clue when you might have. That seems reasonable to me."

We have recently used Mr Plastics to purchase materials for our bathroom. Whoever we have spoken to the service was excellent. Very competitive prices. Forget on line ordering , just speak to Mr Plastics..well done. Recommend strongly...
