I live abroad and was selling a tenanted house so I relied on the team at Hambledon to do a lot of extra work. They were exceptionally helpful and dedicated to seeing the sake go through. They were courteous and helpful to the buyer as well. I would highly recommend them

All was good until we completed. We were promised a fully professional house clean along with sugar soaping worth in the region of £750. What we got was nothing of the sort the place hadn't even seen a hoover let alone a professional clean or sugar soap. Have sent various emails and no response from Tom or the manager of the business. Shelley has been kind to reply to our emails even though the sale wasn't under her supervision. Thanks to Shelley but the rest of the team are disinterested. AvoidUpdate: Still no response from Hambledon after their reply to my review. If you are instructing a third party to carry out work on behalf of a customer then you should follow it through and make sure it is to a good standard. I still stand by my review

We had several estate agents visit our property but the only one that really seemed to be interested in us as sellers was Steve from Hambledons, there's much to be said for estate agents that actually want to really understand why you are selling and use that information, from the start Steve and the team have been great and we sold our property within 10 days, they have been there at every step and have always been available to help, 5 stars from us and would always recommend.
