Looks a welcoming kind of company, with a nice display of two conservatories , which gives customers a good idea of what they might like for themselves. The windows on the building are kept sparkling clean, which is a real necessity in my book.

My sincere 'hats off' to this company! The 'build' is stressfull enough but this part was a dream. They delivered what they sold me, completely 10* honesty and service from all involved. Martin gave us the whole pitch, reassured us on all technical points and the showroom proves the quality of all furnishings. Joanne was very professional and exact to her promise. The production team followed the order with precision and the Fitters, were reliable with care and accuracy to complete the instation. 10/10 Paddy, you have a superb team, congratulations!

Very happy with the job, great improvement to our porch.Had one small problem the day after installation with the the door closing. This was quickly resolved, good customer service which is just as important.

I had six windows and two doors fitted and the outcome was amazing. From road noise annoying to absolutely zero is brilliant. The two installers Darren and Ricky were Super fast and very tidy"! From start to finish a fabulous job and would highly recommend."

Just had a new front door with sidelights fitted and we are delighted. From the initial chat with Martin (sales) to fitting, also the office staff (in particular Joanne who was very helpful) the process was handled with courtesy and friendliness, nothing was too much trouble would highly reccomend this company.

Everything ok until something goes wrong. Zero after care service despite the 'we are all about customer' spiel. Once the money is handed over forget it. Can honestly say for a local independent business I was extremely disappointed. My advice is try somewhere else, sorry but I definitely will never be back.

When I got my windows fitted there was a problem with two windows which the Salesman" had measured but got it wrong to match another window. Because I signed an agreement I was held responsible for this mistake. When I phoned to say there was a mistake I was told it was my fault and if I wanted to change my two windows it would cost me £500."
