Cross Blinds & Shutters

Having recently moved into a brand new built house and in desperate need of blinds to cover the windows, Cross Blinds came through with flying colours. Ross was incredibly enthusiastic when doing the measuring of our windows, and that was honestly one of the biggest things that swayed us in picking Cross Blinds as opposed to the others we received quotes from. He really took the time to ask us what we wanted for each window, positions of the chains for example was something the other two companies that measured our windows didn't think to ask about, or whether we wanted the blind fitted to the inside of the window, or on the wood plank designed for blinds to be fixed to. Once we had picked out the colours we wanted our blinds to be, and our final unbeatable quote was given, it was really a no brainier and a relief to find our top pick could beat the prices offered by the other blinds companies in the area. I still remember the way my partner and I celebrated around the house when we got off of the phone after saying yes.Throughout the entire process, Ross made it easy with regular updates and easy access to ask questions. They had to order in the fabrics in before they could install, which was a bit of waiting time. But now finally having them in, after being installed quickly and painlessly, the wait was 100% worth it. The blackout blinds now provide complete darkness at any point in the day, they look fantastic against our windows. And while I know we picked them, the colours of the fabrics are simply divine. Could not have asked for a better service, and it made moving in that much more fun an exciting. Massive thanks to Ross and the rest of the team at Cross Blinds, we're over the moon, could not be happier!

Great family company. From visiting the shop, to one of the brothers visiting my home to measure up my conservatory for perfect fit blinds. Then the other brother coming out to fit them. Over the moon with the price and my new blinds.So much so that I arranged for them to fit new blinds in one if my bedrooms.Will definitely use again. Great job guys
