The worst customer service l ever dealt with in my entire life, very poor delivery service, food prepared over an hour before delivery, don’t even deserve 1 star rating at this point. On top of that, one of the orders missing.

Food is usually good at this one but the service is always ridiculously slow even when it’s not busy. I have seen a sloth move faster than these guys.

Ordered a quick coffee via touch screen. There were no other customers did at the till.7 staff behind the tills or ambling about. 5 minutes later it's still sat on the drinks counter. Had to ask a member to just pass it to me.I usually praise McDonald's staff as being the best when people mention fast food, not this time.

Very slow service. Young kids behind counter. Management giggling in kitchen area, standing back when counter queue a mile long and only 1 young lad serving looking totally lost and a girl staring into space and bagging delivery bags.

Its McDonald's first time I have been in a while. The food was warm and tasted ok. You don't really have interaction with staff anymore other than to collect your food or odd person clearing tables but they don't really speak. Atmosphere is same as most McDonald's as in it's somewhere to sit whilst you eat nothing to shout home about. The only thing for me is McDonald's is just a place of convenience, You can get better food at local pubs for price you pay here now and food that will fill you up. A happy meal is near on £4 now which shocked me. Better places with better food for similar price. Sorry mcds

Terrible service. 20 minute wait for a breakfast meal. They are more interested in the delivery orders than actual customers visiting.

U can say honestly that this was the best McDonald's I have tasted in a long time. The food was hot, drinks nice and cold and the seating area was clean! There was an employer going round wiping everything and all the tables as soon as someone left. One of the cleanest I have seen in a while too.I seated myself upstairs and the decor made it pleasant.It can get pretty busy though.

Service was a little slow. I chose to eat in and I ordered at the touch screen on arrival. I had my 3 year old granddaughter with me. I ordered a happy meal and a mc chicken sandwich. I ordered tomatoes ketchup with the meal. The meal arrived without tomatoe ketchup and no serviettes I had to ask a member of staff when they passed the table for both as it was impossible to leave a 3 year old sat at the table on her own while I went back to the counter. Food was ok and price is good
