Barnfield Homecare cultivate a fantastic atmosphere with an open door policy in the office, and everyone feels involved. The onboarding process is really easy to follow and carers are kept informed all the way through. The main thing is that the management care about staff and take the time to get to know us. They offer as much flexibility or stability as you would like, for working hours. I really enjoyed meeting the team and am proud to work there.

Barnfield Care have been amazing with my Dad after loosing his wife, my mum, last year, they are caring and compassionate and keep us up to date with any issues, my Dad who always seems to be in a better frame of mind after a visit.

This company looked after my mum always late to assist with medication and she has seizures, when ever you complained you heard nothing back. One carer had been borrowing a substantial amount of money from my mum and when reported to them they did nothing about it she never got her money back and it was hundreds not small amounts. We also never had an outcome they never apologised just moved the carer to a different area and we got a new agency disgusting allowing financial abuse on vulnerable people.

Fantastic team that always goes above and beyond to ensure clients receive all the care and companionship they need. The staff have been so supportive, understanding and respectful, and I have had a really positive experience working here. Would definitely recommend Barnfield Homecare for their brilliant services, and as a wonderful place to work!
