Bought an Abarth 595 from their 'Premium Trade' section, had finance already arranged and tried to make it as easy as possible for them as had the car collected by a transport company (due to being 5/6 hours away). Car failed the MOT with them, and they wouldn't ever confirm to me the work done to get it through the MOT, wouldn't provide me with an itemised invoice for proof of work completed (even when I suggested they redact the prices, just so I had proof for the service history) despite asking countless times what work had been done, and if I would get any proof.I was provided with an invoice, and no other paperwork until I had to chase for a copy of my order form, and for my FCA documentation.When the car was delivered, the main key was broken (couldn't put a keyring on it as bottom was snapped), the wipers were worn, hard and brittle, jumped up and down across the screen front and back (bare in mind these are very low cost fixes, just shows the detail they put into their used car prep).The car needed a service in 6 weeks, after asking them multiple times if the car would be serviced, and again they continued to dodge the question and never confirmed it with me until I physically had the car in my possession. When questioned about the lack of servicing again they dodged the question and just said to me 'the light isn't on so it doesn't need servicing'. Yet another spend on the car needed straight after spending £16k with them.They were going to replace the brakes as they were very heavily worn, however they couldn't get the parts in time for the car to be collected, so we worked out that they would reimburse me for the brakes to be fitted once I had the car - I ordered the parts and had everything done ASAP once the car had arrived, and then it took 3 weeks for the refund to actually come through to me, after chasing multiple times, only to be passed from person to person, until finally having someone sort it for me.Be careful if buying anything from these guys, I'm not even 100% sure the car has actually had a mechanical check over given how vague they were with everything.Not how you expect to be treated from a main dealer at all, regardless of whether you are buying OEM or 'Premium Trade'

This morning 22/5/21 I have travelled over 2 hours to purchase a BMW from this Wales branch. The car had braking issues despite new discs and pads being fitted, I asked for a refund of my Initial deposit and this could not be done while Monday (No one at this site other than one person can issue a refund, appalling).On the journey back the branch manager rang me and had been out with a technician and indeed experienced the thudding noise while braking. I am extremely disappointed with My experience from BMW. At no point was I compensated or told they could rectify the faults and then deliver it to me for the inconvenience. I suspect this car will just be sold on to an unsuspecting customer. Reg is KXZ5206 AVOID and also use another BMW branch who appreciates you spending £20,000+ Regardless of price I’d expect the basic of the mechanical safety to be right....

Purchased an approved used car from Andy Roberts and from the initial enquiry to collecting the car nothing was too much trouble. Nice to actually feel like your custom mattered and delighted with car and the deal. Andy answered all emails and even rang out of hours as it was difficult fir me to do during the day, exemplary customer service and highly recommend

Been twice in the last week. Once for a lost key deactivating from the car, service desk were very helpful and informative, with sound advice about having to deactivate by plugging the car in, which was excellent news. Only cost £40 which i was very happy with. And then i have been for a quality enhancement" aka a recall
