Hollyacres Cattery

Wonderful cattery. So clean and the staff are lovely.

Cannot rate this amazing cattery highly enough. We always use hollyacres for our fur babies - it’s so reassuring to know that my cats are safe, happy and treated by the staff as they would their own. Sadly during their most recent stay one of my cats became very unwell. Holly and Karen acted immediately and Karen took him straight to the vets for treatment. Once he was allowed back to them all of the team at Hollyacres have taken the absolute best care of him and even sent me updates, photos avd videos ever day. Being thousands of miles away when my fur baby was so poorly was awful and extremely stressful but he was in the best possible care. I cannot thank Karen and her amazing team enough for everything they have done over the last few weeks - the really have gone above and beyond. They are the only people we will trust with our fur babies and if I could give them 100 stars I would!

Excellent cattery. Staff lovingly look after your cats. My cat's special dietary needs were thoroughly taken care of and I could enjoy my time away with no worries. The pens are spacious with their own outside runs and climbing posts where both my cats could watch the local wildlife, safely enclosed. Thoroughly recommend Hollyacres Cattery.

My cat has stayed at Hollyacres three times. He's always been looked after well. On his recent stay I found a dog kennels has been added. I was a little concerned as he isn't a fan of barking dogs. However he was fine and I needn't have worried.

Our cats have stayed in this cattery quite a few times now and we always have a good experience. The cats are well cared for, have comfortable beds and plenty to look at from the outdoor area. The staff are very helpful and deal with our cats insulin injections without issue. They always go the extra mile when helping us out and it's much appreciated!

A lovely place for your cat to stay when you’re away. They really did look after our cats the way we do. Each pen is spacious and clean with both an indoor and outdoor area. My cat was very happy and content and had clearly been given a lot of care and attention. Staff are lovely too, would highly recommend to everyone! Thank you Hollyacres.

We have used Hollyacre to board our 2 cats on a number of occasions in the past year, and can’t say enough about how wonderful they are. The staff are friendly, clearly care about the animals, and the facility is both well equipped and well maintained. Would highly recommend and will most definitely be using their services again. Hollyacres Is a true home from home and I wouldn’t leave Oreo anywhere else. Oreo loves her little holidays to see Karen and all the staff. She is always pampered and well looked after. The pens are luxurious with an outside play area where Oreo loves sitting on her cat tree. All the guests are groomed and petted daily. The staff are excellent and passionate about caring for the furry Hotel guests. I love looking at the Facebook page whilst away to see how Oreo is doing. Oreo is looking forward to her next visit. Highly recommended.

I am a former employee of Hollyacres and so when it came to choosing a cattery for my own cat I didn't hesitate to book her in here.My cat is very nervous and I know that she is well looked after by the experienced staff here. I wouldn't take her anywhere else.Top marks all round for Hollyacres Cattery.

Absolutely wonderful placeUnfortunately had to place my elderly cat there for 6 months due to family circumstances and they could not have looked after him better, allowed me to visit him out of hours, trialled him on lots of food until found one that stabilised his weight, let him wander around the building rather than just be in the pen because he was a long term stay, gave him attention and love every day so that he was happy even away from me. The people working here GENUINELY CARE ABOUT YOUR PET and I can't praise them enough. 100% recommended.
