One star just because I need to. Had my sons iPad for almost 2 weeks. On 4 occasions they said they’ll keep me updated, they never did. Finally got a verbal quote which was then retracted as they said they couldn’t do it. Finally picked it up still not repaired and they tried to give it back to me without the protective case. Terrible customer service don’t bother!

Would be wary of buying products here. Went to get a webcam and they had 1 in stock.Opened it in-store and inside was a clearly different (and inferior) webcam than was being advertised on the outside of the packaging, it was also missing instructions, plastic was torn etc.Salesperson tried insisting it was the same (lol) so walked out. Will be avoiding

Bought a new Vape today, priced £25.00, item was used, half full if dirty oil, and damaged, leaking, disappointed I returned it to tve shop, where tge assistant refused me a replacement and gave me no refund. So with no vape abd £25 less I remain a disappointed customer.

Very disappointing. Walk two minutes around the corner to Jimmys and you’ll have an infinitely better experience. I had a relatively complex issue with my iPhone where after a previous botched repair I lost signal. I was told he was confident it could be fixed. After 3 months and constant chasing I finally got the phone back, not repaired and working less than it did when it went in. Can’t even connect Wi-Fi now. Also much more expensive than the local competitors. In short if it’s something quick and simple then I’m sure you’ll be fine anything else stay well clear.
