Absolutely shocking never buy a car from there again and yet I have always used them had my car a year and it is a 70 plate it was due an mot and when I tried to book it in they said they were full so could I use a private garage and they would extend my service for another year I only had the car in October 22 and the milage when I bought the car was 9,000 when I was told it was 7,000 my milage when I went to the orivate garage was 14,000 so I only done 5,000 miles and the private garage told me I needed 2 new tyres and wheel alignment done but arnold clark would not entertain me saying it was my fault due to pot holes and road bumps so I am now having to fork out for the tyres and wheel alignment myself unbelievable Arnold Clark Seafield Edinburgh

Visited here recently to repair some garage equipment and took some time to go and see the sales staff for giving me fantastic help when I recently bought my new car from them. The car is brilliant and I told them that I'll be back to get another new car when the time comes

The online booking system was super easy to use. The telephone pre appointment reminder useful. The service its self was great. Even when the car system had not been updated, we were able to pop back to the center at a time to suit us to have it updated.

Worse service I received from a branch. Reception girls absolutely unprofessional, would not help whatsoever and gave wrong information, really bad branch would avoid at any time.

Worse service doesn’t know if my car is fixed or not and it’s been over 5 days now still haven’t got my car. I thought this was a professional service ARNOLD CLARK that’s why I accepted my car to be fixed but apparently not. Or else I could have just took it to a private place.So update I got my car but didn’t get any discount or compensation for the long waittt. Not happy tbh :(

Very pleasant and friendly staff but I have been told on multiple occasions that I would receive a callback to book an appointment (for further investigation into a car fault). Adding to the frustration of not receiving these callbacks, it takes a lot of time and attempts to get through to the department. Just very poor communication.

Brilliant service from start to finish. They collected car, did service and MOT, returned car with a quick wash too. Was kept in the loop at all times, brilliant video review at the end to advise of any issues. Wish we could've been looked into earlier in the week but they were busy so won't detract that from the great service today.

Great experience had a lovely walk along to portbello while i waited for my car came back to a freshly washed and hoovered car 5star

Not sure what the mechanics are like. Hope they are better than the front of house team who seem unhappy and are certainly bad tempered. Their printer was not working and the coffee machine looks like it has not worked for months. There are other Arnold Clerks in town and many more service centres. I will go elsewhere ext time.

Very impressed with this branch professional and courteous. Unfortunately they could not fix the problem. I’m now having to go to a Vauxhall branch in West Calder but I would use this branch again.
