Did not like the experience looking at jewellery wedding less than a week needed to buy of the shelf being very rude about my choice making me wear my bridal outfit just try jewellery on which I didn’t feel comfortable doing service is very bad stuck people working there

I had ordered a necklace and earring set on instagram for over £200 so very expensive. Make sure you haggle because she did come down with her initial price. She asked me to pay through PayPal for a more secure payment but then proceeded to tell me to pay using the ‘pay friends of family for me to save fees’ haha I don’t pay the fees sweetie. You are a business using PayPal to operate therefore you pay fees. Anyhoo I went with what she suggested to be nice. The necklace and earring set arrived in good time. I was happy with the set at the time. I didn’t try on the earrings just the necklace but never thought much of it. Day of the wedding when I went to put on the earrings I saw the post was very thick not capable of being put in an piercing hole. At first she was reading my messages on WhatsApp and not responding then when I pushed her more she said take it to a jewellers to shave the post well I explained I don’t have jewellers close by. I explained she should provide a product that is ready to wear not requiring such adjustments she argued she did. I tried in a few women’s piercing hole and truly it was very painful. She did then offer for me to return it back to her to shave but then didn’t offer to pay for postage or anything so I just left it. However I do feel I should give an honest review of my experience. I would never use this jewellers again and do not recommend them whatsoever.
