Maya did the hair and makeup for me and my bridesmaids on my wedding day. She is super friendly, flexible and so easy to chat to. On the day itself everybody commented on how calm the atmosphere was, we were all ready on time with plenty of time to spare. The hair and makeup looked really beautiful, Maya really listened and understood the brief perfectly, we went for natural and glowy makeup with loose wavy hair. All of the girls felt really comfortable and confident with the results, and I was amazed at how much volume she was able to work into my hair!It was really important to me to find somebody that worked with cruelty free and vegan products and Maya was the perfect choice, the products she used were really lovely. I would highly recommend Maya to anyone looking for a stress free and quality experience! Thank you!

So 5 stars are definitely not enough for this amazingly talented and wonderful human being....maya , pixie and elvis spent hours painstakingly making my birthday party the party of the year .. the time , the care and the attention to detail was incredible....and even when we threw some more people in the mix they made 12 people the stars of the show.....if u are looking for the best in the business you have found it here..stop googling ....and not only that maya is a very special person...I am a lucky boy to have met her...martin xxx

Maya and her assistant did hair and makeup for myself and bridesmaids for my wedding, everything looked amazing! I got lots of compliments throughout the day on my makeup and my hair, it also looked the exact style I wanted. Thoroughly recommend!

Maya did the hair and make-up for my wedding and I am so glad that I found her. She was honestly amazing and even though there were so many of us- myself, 9 bridesmaids and 3 mothers of the bride/groom, Maya was so organised and ensured that we were all ready on time. The other HMUAs that formed part of her team were also excellent. The whole morning felt so relaxed and special. Even when my nerves kicked in, she kept me calm due to her relaxed nature. I really did feel so beautiful. My hair and make up were just perfect. Everyone else was also so happy with their hair and make up, and everyone received so many compliments throughout the day. All of the bridesmaids kept on telling me how natural, light and glowy their make up felt, as they said that sometimes when they’ve had their make up done professionally, it has felt so heavy. The whole morning was so relaxed and honestly just perfect and I will definitely be recommending Maya to all of my friends when they get married. Thank you so much Maya! You were fantastic!

I hired Maya to do make-up and hairstyle for my vegan wedding. She did an amazing job for me and my mother. The make-up is just the natural style I wanted and lasted the whole day. I am from China and wanted to do a traditional Chinese hairstyle with a heavy Chinese style crown. It’s something out of Maya’s comfort zone. But she was patient to listen to my needs and asked questions to make sure she understood me. After the trail my mum and I thought of another style, she listened to us and did not hesitate to ask when she didn’t understand us. Once she understood what we wanted, she went ahead and created a better looking and stable hairstyle. It lasted the whole day despite me changing the hair accessories into the civil tiara and the Indian dupatta. I received so many complements on the day. I thank Maya for being patient with us and truly listening to us and accepting the Chinese style which is something she is not familiar with. She is also very professional and organised. She cared a lot as well. She asked me whether I have things prepared for the rest of the day when she is not gonna be present. She also reminded that I should have my own lipstick as I will need to retouch after eating etc. she is superb. My mum’s hair and makeup is also great.

Maya did make up for me and my husband for Halloween, and we were so very happy with her work! Not only the make up was done as we wanted it, but we also won the competition for the best & scariest costume =) Would highly recommend Maya to anyone!

Maya did the hair and makeup on my wedding day this autumn, together with my 4 bridesmaids.Housekeeping: All 5 of us received exactly what we'd asked for, felt beyond beautiful and were finished EARLY.More: Maya ensured that the 'getting ready' process was one of the highlights of my whole day. She completely understands that there are lots of personalities in the room and that things don't always go to plan. Exceptionally calm and caring, Maya is also adaptable, creative and great fun.
